PROMO MECHANICS

1. The RCBC INSTACASH ZERO PROCESSING FEE ("Promo") is open to select RCBC Credit cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail or SMS and who will open an RCBC Deposit Account and avail of RCBC InstaCash during the promo period.
2. Promo period:
• Account Opening Date: October 6 to October 25, 2026
• RCBC InstaCash availment period: October 12 to 31, 2026
3. The one-time RCBC InstaCash processing fee of ₱500 will be waived in a form of rebate.
4. The ₱500 rebate will be credited to the qualified RCBC Credit Card on or before November 20, 2026.
5. Offer is not applicable to qualified RCBC Credit cardholders with an existing RCBC Checking or Savings account.
6. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of rebate against the cardholder’s credit card should he/she cancel his/her qualified loan transaction or if availment is found to be fraudulent.
7. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offer indicated above.
8. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card. 
9. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
