  1. This raffle promo is open to all new-to-RCBC Principal Credit card applicants of RCBC JCB Credit Card who applied from June 5, 2026, to August 31, 2026, and are subsequently approved.
  2. Applicants should apply online through any existing digital acquisition channels, which include but are not limited to the following:
      • Social Media Acquisition Campaigns (e.g., Meta/Facebook)
      • Google Advertisements (e.g., Search Ad, Display Ad)
      • Direct to website (applications.rcbccredit.com)
      • Online affiliates
  3. Once approved, applicants must register here during the promo period through the official registration portal. By registering for the promo, the cardholder:
      • Agrees to receive SMS/text messages or emails, and freely consents to process their personal information in relation to the promo.
      • Confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
  4. Cardholders with existing RCBC Credit Cards, as well as those with upgraded/converted cards, are not eligible for this promo. Additionally, applicants with cancelled RCBC Credit Cards within the past 24 months will also not qualify. In case of multiple applications by a single applicant submitted through different RCBC Credit channels, the online application that was submitted first shall be considered.
  5. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and JCB, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle component of this promo.

  1. To qualify for the raffle draw, cardholders must use their approved and activated card within the promo period. Every single-receipt purchase of at least ₱1,000 automatically earns one (1) raffle entry corresponding to their approved card type.
  2. Raffle entries will be electronically generated by RCBC. Winners will be drawn via an electronic raffle system.
  3. Qualified cardholders will receive an SMS informing them of their earned raffle entries on September 11, 2026.
  4. The raffle draw winners will receive a notification letter sent to their registered mailing address. A supplemental notification will also be sent to their registered email address and mobile number.
  5. The raffle draw will be held at the RCBC Bankard Head Office, 31/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in the presence of a DTI representative. Representatives can witness the raffle draw through online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, or Microsoft Teams.
  6. Raffle Prizes are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash or gift certificates.

  1. The cardholder's RCBC JCB Credit Card must be active and of good credit standing at the time of drawing and awarding of the prize; otherwise, the prize shall be forfeited.
  2. RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) reserves the right, with the concurrence of DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to comply with the conditions set out in these promo mechanics.
  3. The winners shall agree to release, indemnify, and hold RCBC and partners harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or using the prizes.
  4. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.

  1. The winners' names shall be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official Facebook page.
  2. The winners must claim their prizes in RCBC Bankard Head Office, 31/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered notification. Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited in favor of RBSC upon approval of DTI.
  3. RCBC Credit/RBSC will send the official notification letter to the winner’s registered mailing address via courier.
  4. The 20% prize tax for all the prizes shall be shouldered by RCBC Credit/RBSC.
  5. To claim, the winner must provide the following requirements via email to email@service.rcbcbankard.com:
      • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
      • Valid government-issued ID
      • RCBC Bankard's official notification letter
      • A signed Release, Waiver, and Quitclaim Form
