PROMO MECHANICS

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Holiday Raffle Promo (“The Promo”) is open to all RCBC Credit Card holders who are recipients of the promo mailer. The Principal Cardholder must have updated mobile number and email address with RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (“RCBC Credit Cards”).
2. Promo Period is from December 10, 2024 to February 28, 2025.
3. Raffle entries can be earned by cardholders through the following requirements:

• RCBC Credit Cards Installment Program availments such as but not limited to Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, Your Cash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Financial Institution, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
• RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.
• Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
5. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
6. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.
7. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
8. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.

RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZES

1. Raffle entries will be electronically generated and will be made available by the raffle draw date:

2. Raffle draw will be held at the RBSC's Head Office, 30/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
3. The cardholder can only win once.
4. Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
5. The RCBC Credit Card of the winners must be active and in good credit standing at the time of crediting and awarding of the prize, otherwise, the earned prize shall be forfeited.
6. Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).

NOTIFICATION & CREDITING OF PRIZES

1. The winner will be notified via registered mail and e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
2. Winner will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
3. Prize redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the registered e-mail.
4. Winner must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon crediting of the of the prize.
5. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or video call after 48 hours from the date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner.
6. In relation to the promo, RCBC Credit Cards might request a photo of the winner showcasing/ enjoying the usage of his/her RCBC Credit Card. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Credit Cards’ official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mailer.
