PROMO MECHANICS

ELIGIBILITY

1. The RCBC Credit Cards, EVA Air, and Greenhills Mall’s Holidays Around The World Raffle Promo (“The Promo”) is open to all the shoppers of the Greenhills Mall (GH Mall).
2. Promo Period is from November 11, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
3. To be eligible to join the raffle, the customer must shop or dine at any store/restaurant/service merchant within GH Mall using their RCBC Credit Card. Alternatively, customers can apply at the following RCBC Sales channels within the Greenhills area and get approved for an RCBC Credit Card during the promo period.

4. To join the raffle, follow the steps below:
1. Existing RCBC Credit Cardholders should register their qualified transactions/purchases (click here to register) to get an e-raffle promo e-coupon with the following information:
• Card Embossed Name
• First 8 and last 4 digits of his/her card number
• Merchant/Store where the transaction was made
• Transaction Amount
• Transaction Date
2. For GH Mall shoppers who apply for an RCBC Credit Card, the application, approval, and activation dates should be from November 11, 2025 to January 15, 2026, to automatically qualify for the raffle promo.  
5. Earning of Entries / Qualified Spend:

1. GH Mall shoppers/guests who will apply at the RCBC Branches within the Greenhills area and the RCBC Booth at GH Mall, be approved, and who will activate their RCBC Credit Cards within the promo period will earn 10 raffle entries.
2. Customers who will apply for an RCBC Hexagon Credit Card at the RCBC Branches within the Greenhills area or Booth at the GH Mall, be approved and who will activate their RCBC Hexagon Credit Card within the promo period will earn additional 5 entries (total of 15 raffle entries).
3. RCBC Credit Cardholders shall earn the following raffle entries for the following spend requirements:

4. RCBC Credit Cardholders with 0% Installment transactions made at the GH Mall within the promo period shall have the exclusive chance to win Economy Tickets for 2 to any destination of his/her choice.
5. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:
• RCBC Credit Cards Installment Program availments, such as but not limited to Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, RCBC InstaCash/Cash Loan, RCBC InstaLoan/Your Cash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
• Transactions converted into Unli 0% or Unli Installment
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institution, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service and software providers; transactions for business purposes
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
• Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions

RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

6. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.

6. The raffle prizes at stake are found below. The merchant where the transaction was made by the winning customer also wins a prize, as follows: 

7. All employees of RCBC, RBSC, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this raffle promo.
8. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
9. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
10. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.

RAFFLE DRAW & PRIZES

1. Raffle entries from the transactions submitted via e-raffle stubs will be electronically generated and will be made available during the raffle draws. Raffle entries of Cardholders who applied, got approved and also activated their cards within the promo period shall also be electronically generated and will be made available during the raffle draws. Raffle entry/ies generation shall be subject to the following deadlines/cutoffs:

2. Raffle draws will be held on the following dates at the RCBC Credit Cards’ Head Office, 31/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, in the presence of a DTI representative. Raffle Prizes to be drawn during the draws are as follows: 

Representatives can witness the raffle draw through Google Meet. 

3. A cardholder can only win once during the draws. If the winning cardholder is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the prize with a higher value. Merchants (as partner winners) may win more than once. Non-winning raffle entries may still qualify for the succeeding draw.
4. Raffle prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
5. The winners must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting the prize; otherwise, the earned prize of both the customer and the merchant where his/her transaction was made shall be forfeited
6. Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).

NOTIFICATION & AWARDING OF PRIZES

1. The winning cardholder/s will be notified via registered mail & registered e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date. Winning merchants, on the other hand, will be notified by GH Mall via email/letter.
2. Winners may claim their prizes within 60 working days from the notification receipt date.
3. Winners will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, and/or electronic direct mail on the following dates:

5. Winners must provide and send the following to marketingpromotions@rcbcbankard.com: The winners must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon crediting of the prize.  

6. To claim their prizes, cardholders must set an appointment with an RCBC Credit Card representative through the email address provided.
7. In the event the winner remains uncontacted via SMS or call after 48 hours from the date of announcement or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated above, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner.
