PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. The booking and stay period is from June 15 to December 30, 2026.

  3. Cardholders are entitled to 10% OFF Room Rates based on the Best Available Rates at Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria.
  4. To avail of the promo, Cardholders must book directly via email at higm.reservations@ihg.com and use the promo code RCBCHOLIDAYINN.
  5. Upon booking and check-in, Cardholders must present and use their RCBC Credit Card. Payment may be settled upon check-in.
  6. Prior reservation is highly recommended.
  7. Other hotel incidental charges/services are not included in the promo and must be settled separately upon check-out.
  8. The standard room cancellation policy of Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria shall apply.
  9. The general hotel terms and conditions of Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria shall apply.

  12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the RCBC Credit Cards and Holiday & Suites Manila Galleria shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
