PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo period is from May 1 to June 30, 2025.
2. The Promo is open to premium RCBC Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
   
   Premium RCBC Credit Cards are as follows:

• World Mastercard (including Hexagon Club Priority, Balesin, and The City Club)
• Visa Infinite
• Visa Platinum
• Mastercard Platinum (including Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, and YGC Rewards Plus Black)
• JCB Platinum
• UnionPay Diamond

3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their RCBC Premium Credit Cards during the promo period:

4. Maximum discount is ₱5,000 per single-receipt transaction. Service charge and applicable taxes are excluded from the discount computation.
5. Valid for dine-in and take-out transactions only.
6. Only one card per transaction per table will be honored.
7. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant.
8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
9. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
10. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
