1. The promo period is from May 1 to June 30, 2025.
2. The Promo is open to RCBC Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.
   Eligible RCBC Premium Credit Cards are as follows:

• RCBC Platinum Mastercard (Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, YGC Rewards Plus Platinum)

4. Cardholders must present their RCBC Premium Credit Card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.
5. Blackout dates apply. May 10 to 11, 2025 and June 15, 2025.
6. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
7. Take-out, payments for banquet sales, private functions, parties are excluded from the promo. For reservations for a group of 10 pax and above, a down payment is required to guarantee the reservation and should be charged to the eligible RCBC Premium Credit Card. The participating outlet will get in touch with the cardholder/s for the required deposit amount.
8. This promo may not be availed in conjunction with other ongoing Grand Hyatt Manila offers and promotions. Senior Citizens and PWDs may either avail of this promotional discount or they may avail of the standard discount from the regular rate under Republic Act No. 7432 and 7277, both as amended under R.A. 9994 or their VIP Membership privileges, as the case may be. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010, whichever is higher.
9. The discount is not convertible to cash or any food and/or beverage item.

11. Promo applies to one cardholder per reservation, per table, per visit only.
12. RCBC Credit Card reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
13. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Card.
14. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Card and Grand Hyatt Manila with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
15. RCBC Credit Card makes no representation for Grand Hyatt Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
16. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
