Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Booking period is from February 1 to July 31, 2023, valid for stays until August 30, 2023.
3. Cardholders are entitled to avail of the special rate on Water Villa Retreat: Stay for two (2) nights and get 50% OFF on the second night when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period, subject to room availability, blackout date/s, and other conditions.

• Princesa Garden Island Resort & Spa will not be responsible for its failure to abide by the terms and agreements of this contract due to circumstances beyond its control. The resort has the right to provide an alternative service or gift certificate equivalent to or not more than the amount of the contracted tour rate allotted for the package. The resort will not allow refunds in the form of cash.

4. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly with the hotel via phone, email, or their Facebook page. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
5. The standard room cancellation policy of Princesa Garden Island Resort & Spa applies.
6. The general hotel terms and conditions of Princesa Garden Island Resort & Spa applies.
7. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of Princesa Garden Island Resort & Spa.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Princesa Garden Island Resort & Spa and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
