PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to select AirAsia Credit cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail “EDM” or SMS and who have activated their RCBC Bankard from August 20 to October 15, 2021.
  2. Qualified cardholder must shop ANYWHERE using his/her qualified AirAsia Credit Card within the promo period and make the following purchase:

The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, YourCash, Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.gGCash, PayMaya, ShopeePay, LazadaWallet, GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like), Casino/Gambling, Gas/Service Stations, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash Financial Institution, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS Essential Health Suy Sing, and the like.)

Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.

  1. Once spend is met, cardholder will receive 3,000 Bonus BIG Points or 5% Cash Rebate.
  2. Cardholder can receive a maximum of ₱1,000 worth of CASH REBATE per account for the duration of the promo. Cardholder can only receive 3,000 Bonus BIG Points once.
  3. To redeem, cardholder must fill out form at cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/AA24MOB from August 20 to October 15, 2021 and provide the following details: Card Embossed Name and First 4 and last 4 digits of Card.
    The cardholder must only fill out/submit redemption form ONCE and ensure that correct details are entered. BIG POINTS and CASH REBATE will only be credited on the specified schedule if cardholder has successfully submitted the redemption form.
  4.  BIG POINTS and CASH REBATE will be credited to the qualified cardholders’ accounts on the specified schedule. In case the crediting schedule falls on a weekend or a holiday, it will be credited the following working day.

  1. By participating in the promo, the cardholder agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails, and freely consents to process his/her personal information in relation to the promo.
  2. RCBC Bankard reserves the right to charge the cost of the BIG POINTS and the CASH REBATE against the cardholder’s credit card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.
  3. The offer cannot be exchanged for rewards points or products other than the offer indicated above
  4. BIG POINTS and CASH REBATE are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. However, CASH REBATE treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance.
  5. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
