Redeem a Fujifilm Instax Camera

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all existing RCBC Bankard Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Unionpay, Gold, Classic, Platinum and Infinite (except Visa Platinum) cardholders only (non-dollar account).

2. Cardholders must have existing RCBC Bankard Rewards Points and whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.

3. Rewards point redemption will run from December 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020.

4. Available to RCBC Bankard cardholders in Metro Manila only.

5. An eligible principal cardholder may redeem Fujifilm, electronic voucher watch by calling Customer Service Hotline at 888-1-888, 888-1-883 for Premium Hotline or via email to service@rcbcbankard.com.

8. Store Redemption will be from December 13, 2019 to April 30, 2020 only.

9. Cardholders will be notified on the result of validation through email within 15 working days from call redemption. For valid redemption, an electronic voucher (The Fujifilm E-voucher) will be sent to cardholder that includes Cardholder name, Quantity, Unique redemption code and Branch of redemption.

10. Cardholders can only redeem more than once during the promo period as long as he/she has enough RCBC Bankard Rewards points that can be used.

11. To claim the Fujifilm E-voucher, cardholder must present and surrender a printed copy of the E-voucher at the chosen Fujifilm branch only. Fujifilm shall not be deemed liable for any fraudulent redemption, such as but not limited to, multiple redemptions using replicate Fujifilm E-voucher.

12. The Fujifilm E-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points, and not for sale.

13. In case the item of choice of the cardholder is no longer available and the E-voucher has been sent, the cardholder may be given an option to credit back the rewards points to his/her account upon request.

14. The cardholder may only use the E-voucher once, double redemption may incur charging of the item price to the cardholder’s account, subject to validation.

15. In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of the promo dates, fulfillment, etc., RCBC Bankard’s decision shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by RCBC Bankard in concurrence with the approval from DTI.

Extended In-Store Redemption of your Fujifilm Instax Camera

Good news! We have extended the in-store redemption of the Fujifilm Instax Camera for the REDEEM A FUJIFILM INSTAX CAMERA promo until July 31, 2020.

Redemption is only applicable to cardholders who have redeemed their rewards points from January 1 to February 28, 2020. No new redemptions will be processed.
