FREE VIP Service at Chinese Visa Center

  1. The VIP service benefit is applicable to all RCBC UnionPay Credit Cardholders until November 30, 2026.
  2. The Cardholder must be physically present and an applicant of the visa at the Chinese Visa Center. The benefit can be extended to the accompanying immediate family members of the cardholder. To avail of the VIP Lounge Service or Queue Free Service, the Cardholder must present their physical card at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
  3. RCBC UnionPay Cardholders may avail of the VIP service benefit with the following inclusions:
      • Use of the VIP lounge in submitting your application
      • A dedicated staff from the Chinese Visa Center will accompany and guide throughout the entire process
      • Offer free photo service including 6 pieces of 2x2 photos
      • Offer free printing and copying service including twenty (20) complimentary pages
      • There are only 2 available VIP rooms available at a given time. If the two rooms are already occupied, Cardholders may opt for Queue-free service.
  4. RCBC UnionPay Cardholders may avail of the Queue-free service with the following inclusions:
      • No need to queue to submit and process visa applications.
      • There will be a dedicated counter allotted for this service.
      • If needed, visa center will provide the follow-up service by phone and/or email.
      • Offer free printing and copying service including twenty (20) complimentary pages
  5. The offer is not applicable to any travel agent(s) to use and not applicable to any authorized representative.
