  2. Promo runs from February 25 to April 15, 2026.
  3. The Top 20 Spenders during the promo period are qualified to receive Cathay Pacific voucher codes, applicable to all Hong Kong and North America flights/base fares.

The Cathay Pacific Voucher is applicable to all Hong Kong and North America flights/base fares. Taxes, fees, and surcharges shall be for the account of the qualified cardholder.

Booking/ticketing Period: April 25 - July 31, 2026
Travel Period: April 26, 2026 - March 31, 2027

  1. Local, overseas, online, POS-based, straight or installment transactions are qualified for the offer.
  2. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Principal cardholder’s spend.
  3. The following posted transactions are qualified for the promo:
      • Domestic retail/straight transactions
      • Overseas retail/straight transactions
      • Installment transactions
      • Bills Payment
      • Online transactions
      • Recurring payments
      • Mail & telephone orders

The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Cash Loan, YourCash, Balance Transfer, Unlipay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). 

  1. Qualified cardholder must register once online (click here to register) within the promo period and input his/her Card Printed Name and First 8/Last 4 Digits of RCBC Visa Credit Card.
  2. The Top Spenders will be determined in the presence of a DTI representative on April 22, 2026.
  3. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
  4. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
  5. All employees of RCBC, RCBC Bankard Services Corp., Visa Philippines, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
  6. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  7. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

REDEMPTION

  1. RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (“RCBC Credit Cards”) will determine the Top Spenders based on their accumulated transactions using their qualified RCBC Visa credit card during the promo period.
  2. The RCBC Visa Cardholders Top Spenders will be notified via SMS, email, and registered mail on or before April 24, 2026.
  3. The unique Cathay Pacific voucher codes will be sent via SMS.
  4. The USD400 Cathay Pacific voucher code is only applicable to Hong Kong and North America destinations.
  5. To redeem the USD400 Cathay Pacific voucher codes, the cardholder must visit the Cathay Pacific website, https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_PH.html, select a preferred round-trip flight to Hong Kong or North America destination, and enter the unique voucher code sent via SMS.
  6. Qualified cardholders can only redeem the USD400 Cathay Pacific Voucher Codes and book their flight to Hong Kong and North America destinations from April 25 to July 31, 2026.
  7. Travel period is from April 26, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
  8. Only one (1) USD200 Cathay Pacific voucher code can be used per booking/transaction.
  9. Amount or cost in excess of the USD400 Cathay Pacific voucher, including taxes, fees, and surcharges, shall be for the account of the cardholder and must be paid using the qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card.
  10. The Cathay Pacific unique voucher code is valid for one-time use only.
  11. Cardholders will receive their e-tickets via email.
  12. The flights are subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis
  13. All necessary travel documents such as passport, insurance, and other expenses related to the welcome gift shall be for the sole account of the qualified cardholder.
