Promo Mechanics

  1. Promo Period is from May 27 to July 19, 2023. Redemption period is within promo period.
  2. The Promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cards principal and supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing and who received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
  3. Cardholders are entitled to get FREE Ranch House Corned Beef 380g (set of 3) when they spend a minimum single-receipt straight purchase of ₱12,000 using their RCBC Credit Card within the promo period at any S&R Membership Shopping Clubs.
    Note: Non-Members will be issued a Free One-Time Day Pass upon presentation of an RCBC Credit Card at the Membership Counter.
  4. To redeem the free items, Cardholder must present the following to the authorized personnel at the front-end Redemption Booth located near the food service area:
  • Original receipt from S&R (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱12,000)
  • Charge Slip

-Must be claimed from the same branch purchased.
-Must be original (photocopied, faded and unreadable slips will not be accepted)
-Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy will not be accepted)
-Name and Card number printed on the charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
-Transaction date must be within the promo period 

  • Actual RCBC Credit Cards used – must not be expired
  • S&R Membership Card/ S&R Temporary Pass. The last name printed on the S&R membership Card/ S&R Temporary Pass must bear the same as the one reflected on the Credit Card used.
  1. Cardholders may redeem the free item at the front-end booth located near the food service, after a cashier at all S&R Membership Shopping Clubs.
  2. Charge slip will be stamped “CLAIMED” by the redemption personnel upon release of the free item/s.
  3. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
  4. RCBC Credit Cards and S&R shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgment of charge slips/transaction receipts that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for purposes of redemption.
  5. Redemption personnel will request the cardholder to fully fill out the redemption tracking sheet provided.
  6. Cardholder is allowed to redeem once per RCBC Credit Cards credit card used per S&R branch per day.
  7. The free item/s cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, other products, or discounts.
  8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo at S&R unless otherwise indicated.
  9. RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Cards credit card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
  10. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Cards.
  11. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
