FREE Surplus Eco Bag at Surplus Shop

Promo Mechanics:

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. Promo period is from September 1 to November 30, 2022.
  3. Cardholders can get a FREE Surplus Eco Bag for a minimum single-receipt straight purchase of ₱1,500 on regular-priced items with their qualified RCBC Credit Card at any Surplus stores nationwide during the promo period.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price items, unless otherwise provided.
  5. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Surplus Shop and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
