5. All other terms, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be fulfilled by the member to continue using ASG’s service:
   • Installation. ASG shall install the Equipment and set- up the system, subject to prior notice, at a time and place convenient to the member.
   • Continuous Maintenance. There’s a Monthly Service Fee of ₱1,490 that’s a recurring payment via your RCBC credit card, which includes all necessary maintenance and spare parts replacement to ensure competency of the Equipment; ASG shall replace any defective parts if necessary, and provided replacement is not due to gross negligence or misconduct of the member.
   • Contact Term. The member shall not lend, lease, sell, assign, transfer, charge, dispose of, or part with possession of the Equipment or any of the rights or obligations hereunder and will not remove the Equipment from the place where the Equipment is delivered or installed without ASG’s prior written consent. The Contract Term is twenty-four (24) months to be counted from ASG’s receipt of the Installation Fee. Upon expiration, the Contract Term shall be automatically renewed monthly, unless ASG receives written termination notice from the member at least one (1) month before the end of the Contract Term.
   • Relocation/Reinstallation. The member shall notify ASG of any change in address at least one (1) month prior to the intended change. The reinstallation Fee shall be charged ₱2,950 and shall be for the account of the customer. Reinstallation can only be done within NCR and by an ASG official technician.
   • Non-Renewal. Should the member opt not to renew the Contract Term, he/she must notify ASG in writing at least one (1) month prior to the end of the Contract Term. The member shall still be liable to ASG for the monthly service fee during the said one (1) month period.
   • Dismantling Fee. Should the member decide to pre-terminate this Agreement under Clause 4 before the lapse of twenty-four (24) months (inclusive of the one-month notice period), he/she shall pay a fixed Dismantling Fee of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos (₱4,999). The Dismantling Fee shall be waived for any pre-termination beyond twenty-four (24) months.
6. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on the promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. The use of RCBC Credit Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance of RCBC Credit Cards.
