FREE Purefoods Fiesta Ham 1kg at Landmark Supermarket

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Promo is open to all RCBC Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing.
2. The promo period is from December 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024.  
   Redemption period is from December 21, 2023 (except Nuvali) to March 15, 2024.
   *Redemption at Landmark Supermarket Nuvali starts on December 23, 2023.
3. Eligible Cardholders are entitled to get one (1) Free Purefoods Fiesta Ham 1Kg for a minimum single-receipt receipt straight purchase of ₱12,000 using his/her RCBC Credit Cards within the promo period at any participating Landmark Supermarket.

4. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting of transactions shall be deemed fraudulent and shall not be allowed for redemption.
   Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a single transaction into multiple transactions to redeem more than one freebie. Split transaction is presumed when there are 2 or more transactions in one merchant outlet or establishment over one and the same product or service, and the interval of these transactions was made within 5 to 10 minutes.
5. To redeem the free item, the Cardholder must present the following to the authorized personnel at the RCBC Credit Cards booth located at the same Landmark Supermarket branch where the purchase was made:

1. Original receipt Landmark Supermarket (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱12,000)
2. Charge Slip
• Must be original (photocopied, faded and unreadable slips will not be accepted)
• Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy will not be accepted)
• Name and Card number printed on the charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
• Transaction date must be within the promo period
3. Actual RCBC Credit Card used (must not be expired)

6. Charge slip will be stamped “CLAIMED” by the redemption personnel upon release of the free item/s.
7. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. “RBSC” and Landmark Supermarket shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgment of charge slips/transaction receipts that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for purposes of redemption.
8. Redemption personnel will request the cardholder to fill out the redemption tracking sheet provided.
9. Cardholder is allowed to redeem once per RCBC Credit Card used per Landmark Supermarket branch per day.
10. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo at Landmark Supermarket unless otherwise indicated.
11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Cards.
12. RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
13. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
