PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Booking period is from August 1 to July 31, 2027.
   Stay period is from August 1, 2026 to August 1, 2027.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers below by using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period:
• FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • ○ 3+1 dinner buffet at The Abalone; dine for four (4) persons and pay for only three (3) 
  • ○ Applicable to regular dinner buffet rate only
  • ○ Maximum of twelve (12) persons per card transaction
• ROOM ACCOMMODATION
  • ○ Stay for three (3) consecutive nights and pay for only two (2)
  • ○ Applicable to Standard, Deluxe, and Deluxe Garden View rooms only
  • ○ Applicable to regular room rates

6. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards and the participating hotels/resorts.
8. The standard room cancellation policy of participating hotels/resorts applies.
9. The general hotel terms and conditions of participating hotels/resorts applies.
10. All offers are subject to prior reservation, availability (rooms, tables, or seats), room inventory allocation, blackout dates, and the resorts’ standard booking, cancellation, house, and safety rules.
11. Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark, Mactan Cebu & Alona by Jpark Island Resort reserve the right to decline the promo redemption if the cardholder fails to meet the promo mechanics, present an eligible RCBC Credit Card, secure payment authorization, or attempt to combine this offer with other unauthorized promotions or discounts.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
13. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the participating hotels/resorts and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
