PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
  2. The promo period is from September 15 to December 15, 2026.
  3. During the promo period, cardholders may avail of the following complimentary treatments when they use their RCBC Credit Card to pay for the qualifying service:
      • FREE Mesolipo for the Face or Chin
        with Signature V-Face (Jawtox + Lower-Face HIFU with FREE Exilift Bundle)
      • FREE Hydrafacial
        with ChinSculpt Pro (Lemon Bottle Mesolipo + Lower-Face HIFU with FREE Exilift Bundle)
  4. To avail, the cardholder must present their valid RCBC Credit Card prior to payment and use the same card to settle the full transaction amount.
  5. Presentation or verification of an eligible RCBC Credit Card, an intention to use the card, or an attempted card transaction does not constitute successful payment.
  6. This offer is valid once per customer, per transaction.
  7. The complimentary treatment may be availed on the same day as the qualifying purchase or within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date.The thirty 30-day redemption period shall be counted strictly from the original qualifying purchase date and shall not be extended, except in cases of force majeure. Personal circumstances, including illness, travel, schedule changes, or failure to schedule an appointment, shall not qualify for an extension.
  8. Payment for the qualifying purchase may be settled before or after the treatments are performed.
      • If payment is settled before treatments are performed, the client may proceed with both the qualifying and complimentary treatments upon successful payment using an eligible RCBC Credit Card.
      • If payment is settled after treatments are performed, the complimentary treatment is subject to the successful completion of the qualifying transaction using the eligible RCBC Credit Card.
  9. If the qualifying purchase is not successfully settled using the eligible RCBC Credit Card—whether due to a declined, unsuccessful, cancelled, or reversed transaction, or if the client chooses another payment method—the promo will not apply. If the complimentary treatment has already been performed, Zest Skin Lounge reserves the right to charge the client its prevailing regular rate.
  10. The complimentary treatment is non-transferable and must be availed by the same client who purchased the qualifying service.
  11. The complimentary treatment has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or discounts.
  12. The promo cannot be combined with other promos, discounts, vouchers, loyalty rewards, Senior Citizen discounts, PWD discounts, or employee discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Zest Skin Lounge.
  13. Treatments are subject to availability, scheduling, and clinical assessment.
  14. Only one (1) RCBC Credit Card-exclusive complimentary treatment may be availed per qualifying transaction.
  15. Failure to redeem the complimentary treatment within the 30-day period shall result in forfeiture. Forfeited treatments are not convertible to cash, credit, or other services.
  16. Zest Skin Lounge reserves the right to verify the validity of the RCBC Credit Card and successful payment transactions.
  17. The promo is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of RCBC Credit Cards and Zest Skin Lounge.
  18. In case of disputes regarding the promo, the decision of Zest Skin Lounge and RCBC Credit Cards shall be final and conclusive, in concurrence with DTI. All questions regarding cardholder eligibility shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
