PROMO MECHANICS
1. The Promo duration is from December 1 to December 31, 2021.
Redemption period is from December 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022.
2. To qualify for the FREE Landers Membership, qualified cardholders must charge a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱5,000 at any Landers Superstore branch to their qualified RCBC Bankard credit card. Only purchases made during the promo period are qualified to join the promo.
• Landers Superstore branches: Balintawak, Otis, Cebu, Alabang, and Arcovia.
3. Cardholders who are non-members of the Landers Superstore must present their RCBC Bankard credit card at the main entrance of the Landers Superstore branch. No need to get a temporary Landers Membership pass.
4. To avail of the FREE Landers Membership, cardholder must present the following at the LANDERS membership counter:
• Original receipt from the Landers branch with a minimum single-receipt purchase amount of ₱5,000.
• Transaction slip:
- Valid original customer copy of the transaction slip, not photocopied, must be surrendered. Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy will not be accepted
- Must be for the qualifying transaction at the participating branch where the purchase was made
- Must be in good condition with clear transaction date, transaction amount, last four digits of the card number and approval code. Faded and/or unreadable charge slips will not be accepted
- Name and Card number (last four digits) printed on the credit card charge slip must be the same with the name and card number reflected on the RCBC Bankard credit card presented
- Transaction date must be within the promo period
• RCBC Bankard credit card used
• Completely filled-out registration form from the membership counter
• One (1) valid ID
5. The offer is for a Premium Membership (regular price at ₱800), for new and renewing members, accepted in all LANDERS branches. For new members, membership is valid for 12 months from date of issuance. For renewing members, membership is valid for another 12 months from the expiry date of current membership. Offer is applicable only to Principal Cardholders.
6. A maximum of one (1) year FREE Landers Membership is allowed per qualified cardholder supported by qualified transactions at a Landers branch during the promo period.
7. Only one (1) redemption per qualified cardholder is allowed during the promo period.
8. Offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or gift certificates. Cardholder is not allowed to assign the Membership Card to another person.
9. Only one (1) qualified RCBC Bankard credit card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one (1) qualified RCBC Bankard credit card will be accepted per cardholder, per visit, even if he has more than one qualified RCBC Bankard credit card. Strictly no splitting of transaction. Splitting is the deliberate act of dividing a single transaction into multiple transactions to qualify for more than one membership. The promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only.
10. RCBC Bankard reserves the right to charge the suggested retail price of the exclusive offer to the card should the purchase of the Cardholder be found fraudulent.
11. Any dispute concerning the products related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Landers.
12. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers by Landers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen and person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. This promo cannot be availed with other ongoing promotion and offers of RCBC Bankard.
14. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Landers and RCBC Bankard. In case of dispute related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Landers and RCBC Bankard shall be final with DTI consent.
