PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo runs until August 31, 2026.
3. Cardholders are entitled to get a complimentary Salt & Pepper Spareribs (worth ₱565) with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱1,999 using their RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period.
4. Offer is valid for dine-in transactions only.
5. The offer can be availed once per card, per table. Splitting of bill or splitting of table is not allowed.
6. Promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Bistro Charlemagne.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards and Bistro Charlemagne shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
9. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
