PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing, excluding Dollar & Corporate Cards.
  2. Promo is from November 15 to December 14, 2020.
  3. Promo is available at the following WalterMart Supermarket branches. Makati, Plaridel, Gapan, North Edsa, Sta Maria, Tanauan, San Fernando, Sucat, Bicutan, Trece, Dasma, Imus, Sta Rosa, Calamba, Carmona, Gen Trias, Sta Cruz, Makiling, Guiguinto, Cabuyao, Tagaytay, Sta Rosa Bel Air, Cabanatuan, Talavera, Taytay, Balayan, Concepcion, Nasugbu, Kawit, Paniqui, W Mall, San Jose , Subic, Balanga , Batangas, Capas, Malolos, Visayas Ave., Candelaria and through the WalterMart Grocery Delivery App or website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph. 
  4. A Cardholder is entitled to avail of FREE CDO Chicken Ham (850g) for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱6,000 using his/ her RCBC Bankard.   
  5. To redeem the premium item for in-store purchases, cardholder must present the following at WalterMart Customer Service Customer:
    • Original receipt from WalterMart Supermarket or through WalterMart Grocery Delivery (with minimum single receipt of ₱6,000) 
    • Card Charge Slip:
      - Must be original and not photocopied
      - Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy not accepted)
      - Card number printed on charge slip matches with actual RCBC Bankcard used during the transaction
      - Transaction date must be within the promo period.
  6. To redeem the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and app purchases:
    • All orders must be placed through the WalterMart Delivery website www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph or WalterMart Delivery app.
    • To avail of the promo, customer must purchase a total minimum order of ₱6,000 using RCBC Bankard and must enter the promo code WMFREEHAM upon checkout.
    • The promo is valid for all online orders for delivery within Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Tanauan, San Fernando, Gapan and Sta. Maria.
    • The promo code can only be used once per user account.
    • For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The premium item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using RCBC Bankard.
    • For credit card payment upon delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect charge slip before release of the premium item to the Cardholder.
    • All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.
  7. A Cardholder without original charge slip/s or with charge slip/s that are faded and unreadable will not be allowed to redeem.
  8. Charge slip will be collected by the customer service representative/ grocery delivery personnel upon release of the premium item/s.
  9. Cardholder can redeem premium item only at Walter Mart Supermarket where transaction was made.
  10. Cardholders cannot exchange premium item once availed. Premium item, cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
  11. Only one (1) redemption per qualified charge slip/ transaction slip/customer is allowed.
  12. Splitting into smaller transactions to avail of multiple premium items is not allowed. Customer will only be allowed to redeem one (1) approved transaction per day.
  13. In the case of multiple charge slips generated from a single branch covering transactions made within the same day, only one (1) qualified charge slip will be accepted for redemption per Cardholder even if said cardholder has more than one (1) qualified charge slip. WalterMart Supermarket reserves the right to refuse redemption of multiple charge slips if this is found to be in conflict with the promo mechanics.
  14. This Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of Walter Mart Supermarket and RCBC Bankard.
  15. Redemption of the premium item is valid 60 days after the promo.
