FREE 1kg Premium Ham at S&R

Promo Mechanics:

  1. The Promo Period is from November 15, 2022 to January 31, 2023.
    Redemption period is within promo period.
  2. The Promo is open to all RCBC Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders who are active and in good credit standing and received an SMS and/or email regarding the promo.
  3. Cardholders are entitled to get one (1) Free 1Kg Christmas Ham for a minimum single-receipt receipt straight purchase of ₱12,000 using their RCBC Credit Cards within the promo period at any S&R Membership Shopping Clubs.
    Note: Non-Members will be issued a Free One-Time Day Pass upon presentation of an RCBC Credit Card at the Membership Counter.
  4. To redeem the free items, Cardholder must present the following to the authorized personnel at the front-end Redemption Booth located near the food service area:
    1. Original receipt from S&R (with minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱12,000)
    2. Charge Slip-Must be claimed from the same branch purchased.
        • Must be original (photocopied, faded and unreadable slips will not be accepted)
        • Must be the Customer Copy (Duplicate/Merchant/Bank Copy will not be accepted)
        • Name and Card number printed on the charge slip must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented.
        • Transaction date must be within the promo period
    3. Actual RCBC Credit Card used (must not be expired)
    4. S&R Membership Card/ S&R Temporary Pass. Last name printed on the S&R membership Card/ S&R Temporary Pass must bear the same as the one reflected on the Credit Card used.
  5. Cardholder may redeem the free item at the Front-end Booth located near the food service, after cashier at all S&R Membership Shopping Clubs. 
  6. Charge slip will be stamped “CLAIMED” by the redemption personnel upon release of the free item/s. 
  7. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction size and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
  8. RCBC Credit Cards/RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC) and S&R shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slips/transaction receipts that are stolen, lost and/or faded for purposes of redemption.
  9. Redemption personnel will request the cardholder to fully fill-out the redemption tracking sheet provided.
  10. Cardholder is allowed to redeem once per RCBC Credit Card used per S&R branch per day.
  11. The free item/s cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates, other products, or discounts.
  12. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promo at S&R unless otherwise indicated.
  13. RCBC Credit Card/RBSC reserves the right to charge the cost of the freebies redeemed against the cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card should the redemption be found to be fraudulent.
  14. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above and cannot be availed of with other ongoing promotions of RCBC Credit Card.
  15. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
