Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all principal and supplementary RCBC Credit Card cardholders whose accounts are active and current excluding Corporate and Dollar.
2. The promo period is from August 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024.
3. To qualify for the raffle and start earning raffle entries, the cardholder must enroll a new biller in Fast BillsPay Auto-Charge through the RCBC Digital app or RCBC Credit Cards Customer Service hotline within the promo period:

4. Here’s how to enroll a new Fast BillsPay Auto-Charge biller:

1. Upon logging on to the app, tap your RCBC Credit Card account.
   
2.  Select "Bills Payment" and choose "Manage Billers".
3. Click the + icon on the top right of the screen and Choose "Enroll Auto-Charge Biller".
4. Select from the list of Auto-Charge Billers and input the biller information.
5.  Save and you're done!

5. Raffle entries earned by the Supplementary Cardholder/s shall be consolidated in the Principal Cardholder’s account.
6. There will be 5 monthly draws with a total of 50 lucky winners during the raffle promo period”:

9. Cardholders can only win ONCE within one raffle draw. In case a name was drawn more than once on a draw date, the winner shall get the prize of higher value.
10. The raffle promo winners cannot choose the model and color of the items.
11. The announcement of winners will be published on RCBC Credit Card’s official website and Facebook page. The winners will also be notified via their registered mail and a call to get their preferred delivery address of the prize.
12. RCBC Bankard Service Corporation (“RBSC”) shall have the absolute discretion to approve or reject the payment request. The Cardholder understands that in case RBSC rejects the payment of bill/s on grounds such as, but not limited to, insufficient available credit line, overdue balance, invalid subscriber/policyholder number, incorrect amount or suspension by the utility/insurance companies, and/or RBSC, the Cardholder shall pay the corresponding amount of his bill/s directly to the Company. In such cases, the Cardholder shall hold RCBC and RBSC and the utility/insurance companies free and harmless from any damage for the suspension or cancellation of service, or penalties or interest that the cardholder may incur, directly or indirectly, by reason of such rejection or cancellation.
13. By availing of Fast BillsPay, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the facility.
14. Employees of RCBC and RBSC including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of RBSC.
