PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing, excluding Corporate Card.
2. Promo period is from March 27 to 29, 2026, at participating SM Stores:

3. RCBC Credit Cardholders can avail of the following offers during the promo period:

*The minimum purchase requirement is defined as net of all applicable discounts (i.e., class discounts, SM Advantage/SM Prestige discounts, and other SM discounts).

4.  Discount will be awarded at point-of-sale at any SM Store counters.
5. Promo can be availed in-store at all participating SM Store branches. The SM Store Personal Shopper and ShopSM transactions are excluded from this promo.
6. Promo is not applicable on purchases of gift cards, gift certificates, gift passes, SM eco bags or wrapping items, membership cards, and other services.
7. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with any other ongoing promotional offers RCBC Credit Cards.
8. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
9. Only one qualified transaction of cardholder during the promo period will be subjected for discount.
10. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of getting multiple discounts is not allowed. Multiple transactions using one or more qualified RCBC Credit Card/s under one Cardholder within a 15-minute interval shall be considered as a split transaction.
11. If found to have split transactions, only the first qualified transaction will be eligible for the discount and RCBC reserves the right to reverse or adjust the discount amount credited to the RCBC Credit Card, at RCBC's discretion.
12. RCBC Bankard Services Corp./ RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to reverse the amount of the discount to the Principal and Supplementary Cardholder in the event of multiple availments, cancelled transaction at a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions.
13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
14. In case of dispute, in respect of but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, transaction qualification, and fulfillment, RCBC Bankard Services Corp/ RCBC Credit Card’s decision shall prevail with concurrence of DTI. All decisions made will be deemed final and non-negotiable. All questions or disputes shall be raised by the Cardholder within sixty (30) days after the promo period.
