How to Redeem:

1. RCBC Cardholders may scan the QR code and present it at the Tourist Information Counter (or designated service desk) of the participating Mitsui Outlet Park or Shopping Mall in Japan.

2. The Cardholder must present their valid RCBC Credit Card and Passport to the staff.
3. Upon successful verification, the Cardholder will receive the applicable Shopping Voucher and the Exclusive Coupon Book.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is valid only at participating Mitsui Outlet Park and Mitsui Fudosan Shopping Malls in Japan. The contents of the Coupon Booklet vary depending on the participating facilities
2. One JPY500 shopping voucher can be used as a discount for a purchase of JPY5,000 or more per sales slip.
   *Voucher use is subject to the specific terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
3. Each customer is entitled to redeem the offer once per day.
4. The shopping voucher and coupon booklet can only be used at the participating facility where the offers are redeemed and are valid for one week from the date of issue.
5. Coupons and vouchers must be used within the validity period indicated.
6. This benefit is exclusively for foreign tourists coming from overseas.
   *Please note that Mitsui may require passport verification for identification when issuing the benefits.
7. Coupons and shopping vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
8. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with at least 30 days’ prior notice via channels deemed appropriate by the company.
9. The Coupon Book and Tax-Free eligibility are subject to the terms and conditions set by Mitsui Fudosan and the Japanese government's tax-free regulations.
10. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
11. All discounts/vouchers are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes.
12. RCBC is not liable for any issues regarding the merchandise, services, or claims provided by Mitsui Outlet Park and Mitsui Fudosan Shopping Malls.
13. Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, details, duration, or benefits of this promotion, or to cancel the promotion, by providing thirty (30) days’ prior notice, except in cases where prior notice is not feasible.
14. In case of any dispute related to the promo, the decision of RCBC and Mitsui Outlet Park, with the concurrence of DTI (if necessary), shall be considered final.
