PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to select RCBC Credit principal cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail or SMS and who will activate and use their qualified RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period (“Qualified cardholders”).
  2. Promo runs from February 16 to March 31, 2026.
  3. Qualified cardholder is entitled to receive up to ₱2,000 GrabFood eVoucher for single-receipt or accumulated, straight or installment purchases of ₱15,000 & up using the qualified card.

  1. The following posted transactions are qualified for the promo:
      • Domestic retail/straight transactions
      • Overseas retail/straight transactions
      • Installment transactions
      • Bills Payment
      • Online transactions
      • Recurring payments
      • Mail & telephone orders

The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Cash Loan, YourCash, Balance Transfer, Unlipay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). 

  1. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Principal cardholder’s spend.
  2. Qualified cardholder must register once online within the promo period and input his/her Card Printed Name and First 8/Last 4 Digits of the qualified RCBC Credit Card.
  3. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration and crediting of the applicable cashback or issuance of the eVoucher.
  4. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully registered will receive the eVoucher via SMS to be sent to their registered mobile no. on or before April 20, 2026.
  5. The eVoucher cannot be exchanged for rewards points or products other than the offers indicated above.
  6. The cardholder will be charged the cost of eVoucher if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.
  7. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  8. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the end of promo.
  9. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

GRABFOOD EVOUCHER REDEMPTION PROCESS

  1. Redeem at the Grab app
  2. Select “Use Offer” under Payment Details
  3. Enter the GrabFood eVoucher code, and then place your GrabFood order.
