PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promotion is open only to select RCBC Credit Cardholders who received both an email and SMS communication about the campaign. Cardholders who did not receive the campaign communication are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  2. The account must be active and in good credit standing during the registration, spend, and fulfillment periods.
  3. To qualify, eligible cardholders must register online within the promo period. Registration alone does not guarantee eligibility if the cardholder was not part of the targeted campaign audience.
  4. The promotion and registration period will run from July 1 to August 31, 2026.
  5. Qualified cardholders will earn Cashback on successful online transactions posted during the promo period, based on the following structure:

Maximum cashback: ₱6,000 per cardholder.

  1. Cashback will be credited within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the promo period, or on or before October 30, 2026.
  2. The cardholder will receive an SMS notification once the cashback has been credited.
  3. RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to reverse the cashback awarded should any transaction be found to be fraudulent, cancelled, reversed, refunded, or otherwise ineligible under the promotion.
  4. In case of dispute with regard to customer eligibility and availment of the promotion, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
