    1. Upon booking and check-in, Cardholders must present and use their RCBC Credit Card. Payment may be settled upon check-in.
    2. Prior reservation is highly recommended.
    3. Other hotel incidental charges/services are not included in the promo and must be settled separately upon check-out.
    4. The standard room cancellation policy of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria shall apply.
    5. The general hotel terms and conditions of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria shall apply.
    6. RCBC is not responsible for hotel availability, cancellations, or amendments. All bookings are subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.

DINING

    1. Prior reservation is highly recommended. Please contact fand.reservations@ihg.com for reservations.
    2. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  1. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards and Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria.
  2. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  3. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the RCBC Credit Cards and Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  4. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
