HOW TO REDEEM

  1. An AirAsia rewards membership is required to participate.
    Non-members can register at AirAsia Rewards. 
  2. Convert your points: First-time converters can exchange their RCBC Airmiles for AirAsia points by calling the RCBC Credit Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8888-1888 or (02) 8888-1883.
  3. Enjoy your rewards: Earn 2X bonus AirAsia points (capped at 10,000 points during the promo period). Use your newly converted points to book flights, hotels, SNAP (flight + hotel packages), and lifestyle deals via the AirAsia Super App.


PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active, in good credit standing, and are enrolled in the RCBC Airmiles Program. 
  2. Promo runs until September 30, 2026.
  3. Cardholders must be registered AirAsia members with a valid AirAsia membership ID. This promo is strictly exclusive to members who have never converted their points prior to the promotional period.
  4. Qualified Cardholders who convert their RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES to AirAsia points during the promo period are eligible for a 2X Bonus Points multiplier, awarded by AirAsia Rewards, subject to the following conditions:
      • A minimum redemption of 5,000 AirAsia points is required.
      • Bonus points are capped at 10,000 AirAsia points per cardholder for the duration of the promo.
  5. Earned RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES of the supplementary cardholder are pooled under the account of the principal cardholder.
  6. RCBC Credit Card AIRMILES are non-transferable.
  7. Any redemptions with exceptions must be addressed by the cardholder within thirty (30) working days after the promo period to qualify for the multiplier. Otherwise, regular redemption terms will apply.
  8. AirAsia points/Bonus AirAsia points earned through this Promo will be credited into the eligible Cardholder’s respective AirAsia member account within forty (45) working days after the end of the Promo Period.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RCBC Credit Card and its partner merchant in concurrence with the DTI and will be deemed final.
