  1. To avail of the promo, prior reservation is required. To book, cardholders must contact Blue Marina:
  1. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
  2. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards and Blue Marina.
  3. The standard room cancellation policy of Blue Marina applies.
  4. The general hotel terms and conditions of Blue Marina apply.
  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the person with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Republic Act 10754, “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities,” whichever is higher.
  7. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Blue Marina and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
  8. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Blue Marina, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
