PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Booking period is until May 4, 2026. Stay period is until June 5, 2026.
   Blackout dates: Public, Regular, Legal and Special Non-Working Holidays and Long Weekends
3. Cardholders are entitled to avail up to 61% OFF based on Published Rates for select rooms with their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period.

Conditions:

• Offer is valid from Sunday to Thursday only.
• Maximum of two (2) children per room aged 0-11 years old are free of charge when sharing bed with companion but exclusive of breakfast.
• Maximum of two (2) rooms may be booked is allowed per RCBC Cardholder.
• A 50% pre-payment of the total room cost is required to guarantee a booking and it’s not refundable. The booking may be rebooked once is modification is made at least seven (7 days prior to the arrival date.)
• No show or shortened stays will not be refunded and amount paid will not be adjusted to incidentals.
• Extra person charge is ₱1,500 per night with free breakfast and applicable for One Bedroom & Two Bedroom only.
• To extend the stay nights or additional rooms, a published rate shall be applied.
• A cash incidental deposit of ₱2,000 per night will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to damage inspection of the accommodation.

5. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards and the participating hotels/resorts.
7. The standard room cancellation policy of participating hotels/resorts applies.
8. The general hotel terms and conditions of participating hotels/resorts applies.
9. Cardholders with mandatory and government regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
11. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of the participating hotels/resorts and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
