Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Booking period is until May 15, 2025.
   Stay period is until May 31, 2025.
3. Cardholders are entitled to the following when they book using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period. Offer is subject to room availability, black out date/s, and other conditions.

4. Blackout Dates for Astoria Palawan:

• Christmas and New Year Season: December 23, 2024 to January 2, 2025
• Chinese New Year Season: January 27, 2025 to February 2, 2025
• Holy Week: April 17-20, 2025

Blackout Dates for The Reserve, The Habitat, Fine Nest, and Halo Dome at Astoria Palawan:

• Father’s Day: June 16, 2024
• Halloween Weekend: October 31, 2024 to November 2, 2024
• Christmas and New Year Season: December 16, 2024 to January 2, 2025
• Chinese New Year: January 29, 2025
• Valentine’s Day: February 14, 2025
• Holy Week (Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday): April 17-20, 2025
• Mother’s Day: May 11, 2025

5. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must book directly via phone or email. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.
6. The standard room cancellation policy of Astoria Palawan applies.
7. The general hotel terms and conditions of Astoria Palawan applies.
8. Cardholders with mandatory and government regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the person with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Republic Act 10754, “An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disabilities,” whichever is higher.
11. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Astoria Palawan and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.
2. There is no minimum length of stay required.
3. All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
4. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Request for early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability. 
5. Prior reservation is required, and the guest shall be duly informed in advance if his/her desired booking period is unavailable. The guest may choose to book during a different alternate available period.
6. All guests must provide copies of their government-issued IDs prior entry to the hotel premises.
7. Offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
8. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
9. Offer includes room accommodation, breakfast, and hotel taxes only. Other expenses incurred, such as room upgrades, will be charged to the guests’ accounts.
10. Extra night(s) is allowed and will be charged to the cardholder's account based on the promo rate per night and must be paid in full at the time of check-in using a card from RCBC Credit Cards.

12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of RCBC Credit Cards, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.
13. In case of cancellation due to force majeure and pandemic travel restrictions imposed by the government, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months. This is subject to room availability.
14. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of ₱1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.

Terms and Conditions for The Reserve, The Habitat, Fine Nest, Rise & Roast, and Halo Dome at Astoria Palawan:

1. Promo for The Reserve, The Habitat, and Fine Nest, Rise & Roast is valid only from Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
   Promo for Halo Dome is valid only from Tuesdays to Sundays, 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
2. Promo is valid for:

• The Reserve’s dinner buffet and dine-in menu
• The Habitat’s dine-in menu
• Fine Nest, Rise & Roast’s pastry display and coffee menu
• Halo Dome’s bar chow menu

3. The promotion is based on a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱1,000 and maximum single-receipt purchase of ₱5,000.
4. Drinks, group meals, and special offers are excluded from this promo.
5. This offer is valid only for dine-in/room service transactions. This is subject to change depending on the advisory of IATF-EID.
