PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is exclusively open to all Principal and Supplementary AirAsia Credit Cardholders “The Cardholders” who are active and in good credit standing.
2. The promo period is from August 17 to October 15, 2026 “Promo Period”.
3. To avail of the promo, the qualified cardholder must register within the promo period either via the promo electronic direct mail or through the online registration form. By registering for the promo, the cardholder:
• agrees to receive SMS/text messages or emails, and freely consents to process their personal information in relation to the promo
• confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo
4. Once registered, the cardholder who meets the required spend / “Spend Requirement” from the “Qualified Transactions” are eligible to earn the on the following:
• Domestic (In-Store or Online: Straight or Merchant Installment) transactions
• International (In-Store or Online) transactions
• Fast BillsPay or Recurring bills transactions

A. UP TO ₱5,000 CASH REBATE
Earn up to ₱5,000 Cash Rebate for a minimum for your single-receipt or accumulated purchase during the promo period.

1. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to monitor his/her qualified spend.
2. Transactions of the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders are computed collectively and cash rebate will be credited to the Primary cardholder’s on before November 15, 2026.
3. The cash rebate is treated as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the qualified RCBC Credit Card, which will be posted on cardholders’ Statement of Account (SOA).
4. Cardholder’s RCBC Credit Card must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting the cash rebate, otherwise, it shall be forfeited.

B. WIN A ROUND-TRIP TICKET FOR 2 TO ASIA

1. Earning of Raffle Entries
   Earn an e-raffle entry for every of ₱3,000 spend during the promo period. Illustration

• Raffle entries will be electronically-generated by RCBC. Winners will be drawn via electronic raffle system.
• Transactions of the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders are computed collectively in determining the raffle entries.

ii. Raffle Draw and Prizes

*To be credited as 250,000 AirAsia points per winner to the winner’s AirAsia MOVE Account.
Covered Destinations: Philippine AirAsia flights (Domestic: Philippines | International: Taipei, Kaohsiung,Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu)
Booking Requirement: Must be booked through the AirAsia Move App and flown via AirAsia

• Winners must fly exclusively with AirAsia, with redemption capped at 250,000 AirAsia points; any amount beyond this limit is the cardholder's responsibility. Flights must be booked through the AirAsia Move app using the winner’s registered account. Furthermore, all awarded points must be redeemed on or before November 15, 2028, in accordance with the standard validity terms and conditions of the AirAsia Rewards program.
• Raffle draw will be held at the RCBC Bankard Head Office, 31/F Robinsons-Equitable Tower, No. 4 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative. Since most are on a work-from-home arrangement, representatives can witness the raffle draw through any of the following online platforms: Zoom, Google, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
• The cardholder can only win once.
• All employees of RCBC, RBSC, AirAsia, & AirAsia Rewards and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join the raffle component of this promo.
• Raffle prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, and not convertible to other loyalty points.
• The AirAsia Credit Card of the winners must be active and of good credit standing at the time of crediting the prize, otherwise, the earned prize shall be forfeited.
• Raffle prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax to be shouldered by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).

iii. Notification & Awarding of Raffle Prizes

• The winner will be notified via registered mail & registered e-mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
• The prizes will be credited and reflected to the AirAsia MOVE account of the winners not later than four (4) weeks from the draw date.
• Winners will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard, and/or electronic direct mail.
• Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: email@service.rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon crediting of the prize.

5. The following transactions will not qualify for the promo to earn a freebie:
• Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
• Balance Conversion, Purchase Conversion (Unli 0% and Unli Installment), Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan/InstaCash, Your Cash!/InstaLoan, UnliPay, & monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institutions, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, and mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes “MCC”: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes

RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

6. RCBC reserves the right to reverse or adjust the cash rebate posted if the qualifying transactions were disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or if a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, or if there is erroneous posting of the cash rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo.
7. The cash rebate and the AirAsia points cannot be exchanged for cash, other rewards points, or products other than the offer indicated above.
8. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other ongoing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards (eg. Spend Anywhere Straight, Spend Anywhere- Installment) unless otherwise indicated.
9. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
10. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates and fulfillment, RCBC Credit Cards’ decision shall prevail with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder within thirty (30) days from posting of the cash rebate and the AirAsia points.
