PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active & in good credit standing, excluding Corporate Cards.
2. Promo Period is from November 15 to December 10, 2024.
3. Promo is available at the following WalterMart Supermarket branches:

4.  A Cardholder is entitled to avail of FREE CDO Holiday Ham 1kg for a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱7,000 with ₱1,000 participating items using his/her RCBC Credit Card.
5. To redeem the premium item for in-store purchases, a Cardholder must present the following at WalterMart Customer Service:

1. Original receipt from Merchant with a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱7,000.
• Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be claimed from the same branch where the purchase was made;
• Must be valid original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the Participating WalterMart Supermarket where the purchase was made;
• Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, last four (4) digit of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted;
• Must be the Customer Copy. Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;
• Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented;
• Transaction date must be within the Promo Period.
2. RCBC Credit Card used during the transaction.
• Actual Card used must not be expired.

6. To redeem the premium item for WalterMart Delivery website and app purchases:

• All orders must be placed through the grocery delivery website: www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph.
• The cardholders must purchase a total minimum order of ₱7,000 using his/her RCBC Credit Card.
• Use the PROMO CODE (WMFREEHAM) upon checkout, valid for one- time use per user/customer per day.
• The promo is valid on all online orders for delivery within the participating areas:

• For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The free item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using a qualified RCBC Credit Card.
• For Card payment upon delivery, the rider has to check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect the charge slip/transaction receipt before the release of the free item to the Cardholder.
• All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.

7. Upon release of reward, the customer’s receipt shall be stamped by the WalterMart Supermarket Personnel at the customer service counter.
8. Only the qualified cardholder may avail of the free item and is non-transferable. Availment through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed.
9. Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the promo.
10. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.
11. In the event that the offered reward becomes unavailable upon redemption, the free item must be replaced with an item of equal or greater value with the concurrence of the Cardholder.
12. Promo is not valid for wholesalers and corporate transactions. Customer who are requesting for Sales Invoice are considered corporate transactions.
13. In case of dispute in respect to the RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC only and the customers’ availment of the Promo, the decision of RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC and the participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
15. The promo is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promos of Walter Mart Supermarket and RCBC Credit Cards.
16. All Card transactions are subject to RCBC Credit Cards/RBSC’s approval.
