PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to new-to-RCBC Credit Card applicants, whether or not they have existing primary credit card/s from another bank, who apply within the promo period from January 15 to March 31, 2026, and subsequently get approved for a ZALORA Credit Card.
   *Applicants with existing RCBC Credit Cards, as well as those with upgraded/converted cards, are not eligible for this promo. 
2. To qualify for the No Annual Fee For Life offer, cardholders must make a single-receipt or accumulated spend of ₱60,000 anywhere using their new ZALORA Credit Card within 60 days from receipt of card.

   Upon meeting the spend requirement, cardholders are also entitled to receive a Welcome Gift* of FREE ₱5,000 ZALORA Shopping Voucher, and must register online to redeem the gift.

3. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend. However, approved supplementary credit card applications will not be included in the NAFFL tagging.
4. All posted retail and installment transactions in pesos and in other currencies are qualified for the promo, including online transactions, mail & telephone orders, and recurring payments.
   
   The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Unlipay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, RCBC InstaCash, RCBC InstaLoan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified:

5. The offer is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions or programs for new RCBC Credit cardholders.
6. The offer will be forfeited if the cardholder cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.
7. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, items, or products other than the offers indicated above.
8. All employees of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. (RBSC), Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC), and Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC) are not qualified to avail of the offer.
9. Secured Card and other Card Types not specified in the promo mechanics are not qualified.
10. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period.
12. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.
