Welcome Gift: ₱12,000 The Travel Club Digital Voucher or PAL e-Gift Card

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Welcome Gift promo (“Offer”) is open to new-to-RCBC Credit Card applicants who applied from October 16 to December 31, 2026 (“Promo Period”), and subsequently got approved of an RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Credit Card.
2. Eligible RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature cardholders are entitled to receive a welcome gift and may choose between a ₱12,000 The Travel Club Digital Voucher or ₱12,000 PAL e-Gift Card.
3. To avail, eligible RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature cardholders must make a single-receipt or accumulated spend of ₱100,000 using the qualified Card within 60 days from receipt of card.
4. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder/s will be qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
5. All posted retail and installment transactions in pesos and in other currencies are qualified for the promo including online transactions, mail & telephone orders and recurring payments or bills payment transactions.
   
   The following transactions are excluded from the promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, YourCash, Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Cash-ins, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified:

5. Upon meeting the required spend, the qualified cardholder must fill out the redemption form until February 28, 2027 (click here to redeem) to avail of the Welcome Gift and input the following:
• Card Embossed Name
• First 8 & Last 4 digits of your Card
• Preferred Welcome Gift
6. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration.
7. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully filled out the redemption form will receive a confirmation via SMS to be sent to the registered mobile no. based on the schedule below:

8. The cardholder can only avail of the offer and receive a Welcome Gift once for the duration of the promo.
9. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the Welcome Gift if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent and if he/she has registered for the promo and cancels the welcome gift
10. The cardholder agrees not to cancel his/her RCBC Credit Card within 24 months from its issue date. In addition, by redeeming the welcome gift, the cardholder agrees to pay the full amount of the Annual Membership Fee. If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or waiver of annual membership fee, the amount equivalent to the welcome gift shall be charged to the cardholder’s credit card account as cancellation fee. The cancellation fee must be paid in full before the RCBC JCB Credit Card may be cancelled by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
12. The offer is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions or program for new RCBC Credit cardholders such as “No Annual Fee For Life”.
13. All employees of RCBC Bankard Services Corp., RCBC, and YGC as well as RCBC Wealth Clients are not qualified to avail of the offer.
14. Secured Card and other Card Types not specified in the promo mechanics are not qualified.
15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
16. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Rewards Partners and its performance and/or delivery of services and/or products to cardholders, subject to the Promo Mechanics stated above, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. & Rewards Partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
17. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the issuance of last SMS confirmation.
18. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

1. The Travel Club Digital Voucher will be sent to the cardholder via SMS to his/her registered mobile no. 
2. To redeem the Travel Club Digital Voucher, cardholder must visit the participating The Travel Club stores and present the SMS at the counter
3. The Travel Club Digital Voucher is valid until June 30, 2029.
4. The Travel Club Digital Voucher may only be used once and is not transferrable and not convertible to cash
5. The Travel Club Digital Voucher can be used for regular items only and can’t be used in conjunction with other promotions of The Travel Club. Marked down items are not applicable.
6. The Travel Club Digital Voucher may only be used in-store for all Primer Group brands inside The Travel Club:

1. The Welcome Gift, PAL e-Gift Card will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address.
2. PAL e-Gift Card can be used to pay for tickets and select travel extras.
3. For DOMESTIC FLIGHTS, it can be used at philippineairlines.com, PAL mobile app, PAL ticket office, or at PAL reservations hotline (632) 8855-8888.
4. For INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS, it can be used at PAL ticket office or at PAL reservations hotline (632) 8855-8888 only.
5. PAL e-Gift Card may be used to purchase Tickets (including base fare, taxes, and fees) and/or Travel Extras (except for Travel Insurance and MyPal Upgrade). Applicable discounts will be available as required by law.
6. PAL e-Gift Card may be spent in increments until the total amount is fully used.
7. When purchasing Philippine Airlines ticket/s and Travel Extras, the Philippine currency will be the only currency applicable for purchasing Tickets and Travel Extras quoted in the same currency. The eGift’s value will not be converted to any other currency for redemption.
8. PAL e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase new Gift Card(s).
9. If the purchase amount equals the available GC balance, the value will be fully used. If the purchase amount exceeds the GC’s redeemable balance, the excess may be paid through other acceptable forms of payment.
10. To check your remaining balance, you may visit: giftcard.philippineairlines.com/en-ph/CheckBalance and enter your unique Gift Card information.
11. The recipient can use up to a maximum of two (2) forms of payment for a single transaction with a combination of either any of the following: Gift Card(s), Voucher(s), and any acceptable forms of payment. After your transaction, the amount of the Gift Card will be updated, including any remaining balance, and it will remain valid under the same terms.
12. PAL e-Gift Card is transferable and can be used to pay for a Philippine Airlines ticket or select Travel Extras of another customer.
13. In cases of flight disruptions or cancellations, the refund value will be credited back to the GC used to purchase the tickets or Travel Extras (as applicable). Refund is in accordance with the Fare Conditions of the ticket. If the ticket or select Travel Extras were paid using multiple payment modes (e.g., Gift Card and Cash, Gift Card and Credit Card, or Gift Card and Refund Voucher), the refund will be credited back to its original forms of payment respectively (e.g., partial credit back to the Gift Card and partial cash refund, etc.).
14. PAL e-Gift card are non-refundable and cannot be returned or converted to cash or credit.
15. Philippine Airlines is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without recipient’s permission. You agree that the possession by any person of the gift card is deemed an authority for said person as bearer of the gift card to use the same. Neither PAL nor PAL’s agent, employee or representative is obligated to request a person presenting this Gift Card to identify himself/herself.
16. Philippine Airlines tickets and Travel Extras purchased using Gift Card are subject to applicable Fare Conditions and Conditions of Carriage of Philippine Airlines.
17. Except where prohibited by law, Philippine Airlines reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, cancel, reject, or hold for review any gift card mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions or in connection with any violation of these terms and conditions.
18. PAL reserves the right to modify and otherwise change the Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. These modifications or changes shall not impact the Gift Cards that have already been purchased.
19. PAL e-Gift Card may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of Philippine Airlines.
