PROMO MECHANICS

1. The Activation promo (“Offer”) is open to select RCBC Visa Infinite and RCBC Visa Platinum cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail or SMS and who will activate and use their qualified RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period (“Qualified cardholders”).
2. Promo runs from February 26 to April 25, 2026.
3. Qualified RCBC Visa Infinite and Platinum cardholders must make a single-receipt or accumulated spend anywhere using the Card during the promo period.

4. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.
5. All posted retail and installment transactions in pesos and in other currencies are qualified for the promo, including online transactions, mail & telephone orders, and recurring payments or bills payment transactions.
   
   The transactions are excluded from the promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, InstaLoan/YourCash, InstaCash/Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Cash-ins, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified:

6. Upon meeting the required spend, the qualified cardholder must fill out the redemption form until April 25, 2026, via the online redemption form to avail of the offer and input the following: Card Printed Name and First 8 & Last 4 digits of your Card
7. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration.
8. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully filled out the redemption form will receive his/her Cathay Pacific voucher code via SMS to be sent to their registered mobile number based on or before April 30, 2026.
9. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the reward if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.
10. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.
12. In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Rewards Partners and its performance and/or delivery of services and/or products to cardholders, subject to the Promo Mechanics stated above, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. & Rewards Partner with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
13. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the issuance of last SMS confirmation.
14. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

REDEMPTION PROCESS

1. The Cathay Pacific voucher code will be sent via SMS on or before April 30, 2026.
2. The USD200 Cathay Pacific Voucher Code is only applicable to Hong Kong and North America destinations.
3. To redeem the USD200 Cathay Pacific voucher code, the cardholder must visit the Cathay Pacific website, https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_PH.html, select a preferred round-trip flight to Hong Kong or North America destination, and enter the unique voucher code sent via SMS.
4. Qualified cardholders can only redeem the USD200 Cathay Pacific Voucher and book their flight to Hong Kong and North America destinations from May 1 to July 31, 2026.
5. Travel period is from May 2, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
6. Only one (1) USD200 Cathay Pacific Voucher code can be used per booking/transaction.
7. Amount or cost in excess of the USD200 Cathay Pacific voucher code, including taxes, fees, and surcharges, shall be for the account of the cardholder and must be paid using the qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card.
8. The Cathay Pacific unique voucher code is valid for one-time use only.
9. Cardholders will receive their e-tickets via email.
10. The flights are subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis
11. All necessary travel documents such as passport, insurance, and other expenses related to the welcome gift shall be for the sole account of the qualified cardholder.
