Visa Exclusive: 10% CASHBACK at Takashimaya and BicCamera in Japan

1. The Promo is open to holders of eligible RCBC Visa Credit Cards in good standing.
2. Registration is required. Cardholders must register through the designated RCBC campaign page, which will redirect them to the Visa Offers Exchange (VOX) portal.
3. To complete registration, the Cardholder must:
• Create or sign in to a VOX account;
• Verify the registered email address; and
• Successfully link the eligible RCBC Visa Credit Card.
4. Registration must be completed before making any qualifying transaction.

QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS

5. Only purchases made using the successfully registered eligible RCBC Visa Credit Card during the Promo Period at participating Takashimaya and Bic Camera stores in Japan shall qualify for cashback.
6. Eligible transactions will be determined by Visa based on transaction information processed through VisaNet.

CASHBACK

7. Qualified transactions will earn 10% Cashback, subject to the applicable cashback cap for each participating merchant.
8. Visa will calculate the eligible cashback and provide RCBC with the corresponding daily cashback information.
9. RCBC will credit the cashback to the eligible RCBC Visa Credit Card account upon receipt of the corresponding cashback information from Visa. Eligible cashback will be credited to your RCBC Visa Credit Card account and reflected in your Statement of Account within sixty (60) days from the end of the Promo Period.
10. Cashback will be reflected in the Cardholder’s Statement of Account using the cashback transaction description designated by Visa.

11. The following transactions shall not qualify:
1. Transactions made before successful registration;
2. Transactions made using a card other than the registered card;
3. Transactions at non-participating merchants or locations;
4. Cancelled, reversed, refunded or disputed transactions;
5. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; and
6. Any transaction determined by Visa or RCBC to be ineligible under these Promo Mechanics.

12. RCBC and Visa reserve the right to verify all transactions and determine eligibility for cashback.
13. Participation in this Promo constitutes the Cardholder’s acceptance of these Promo Mechanics and Terms and Conditions.
14. In case of dispute relating to the Promo, the decision of RCBC, in coordination with Visa where applicable, shall prevail, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
