- The Welcome Gift promo is open to new-to-RCBC Credit Card applicants who applied online via digital channels from May 23 to June 30, 2025, and subsequently got approved of any of the following RCBC Visa Credit Cards:
- RCBC Visa Platinum
- RCBC Flex Gold Visa
- RCBC Flex Visa
Note: Cardholders with existing RCBC Credit Cards/upgraded/converted cards are not qualified to avail of this promo.
- Offer is only applicable to applicants who applied online through any existing digital acquisition channels, which include but not limited to the following:
- Social Media Acquisition Campaigns (e.g.Meta/Facebook)*
- Google Advertisements (e.g.: Search Ad, Display Ad)*
- Direct to website (applications.rcbccredit.com)
*Redirect to RCBC Credit Card’s Digital-Onboarding platform
In case of multiple applications by a single applicant submitted through different RCBC Credit channels, the application which was submitted first shall be considered.
- Qualified cardholders are entitled to a 3.5% REBATE on their overseas purchases for 365 days from receipt of card.
- To avail of the offer, eligible cardholders must use their qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card overseas for in-store purchases within 365 days from receipt of card. There is no minimum spend requirement. Forex rebate cap and sample computation below:

- The transaction must be charged in original foreign currency at point of sale and made at an overseas location (face-to-face payments). Overseas purchases converted to Philippine Peso at point of sale are excluded from this offer. Online transactions are not qualified.
- The qualified cardholder must fill out the registration form prior to travel until May 15, 2026, at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/VISAFOREX and input the following: Card embossed name and First 8 & Last 4 digits of your Card. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active at the time of registration.
- The rebate will be credited to the qualified RCBC Credit Card in Philippine Peso.
- Eligible cardholders with qualified overseas spend and who have successfully registered will receive a confirmation SMS to be sent to their registered mobile no. based on the schedule below:

- Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card application, the participation in the program, or the redemption of the offer may result in disqualification from the program. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by RCBC Credit.
- The cardholder agrees not to cancel his/her RCBC Credit Card within 24 months from its issue date. In addition, by redeeming the welcome gift, the cardholder agrees to pay the full amount of the Annual Membership Fee. If the cardholder requests for card cancellation or waiver of annual membership fee, the amount equivalent to the welcome gift shall be charged to the cardholder’s credit card account as cancellation fee. The cancellation fee must be paid in full before the RCBC Credit Card may be cancelled by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC).
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
- The offer is not valid in conjunction with ongoing promotions or programs for new RCBC Credit cardholders such as but not limited to Welcome Gift or No Annual Fee For Life.
- All employees of RCBC Bankard Services Corp., RCBC, and YGC as well as RCBC Wealth Clients are not qualified to avail of the offer.
- Secured Card and other Card Types not specified in the promo mechanics are not qualified.
- In case of dispute with regard to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corporation with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
- All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the issuance of last SMS confirmation.
- The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card. By participating in this program, all participants will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this program as stated and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by RCBC Credit (as may be applicable) including the decisions of RCBC Credit in all matters related thereto.
