1. The promo is open to all RCBC Premium Credit Card holders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
   Premium RCBC Credit Cards are as follows:

2. Booking and Stay Period is from August 1 to November 30, 2024.
   Blackout dates apply:

• August 21, 2024
• August 24-26, 2024
• September 14-16, 2024
• November 1-3, 2024
• November 30, 2024

3. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers at The Farm at San Benito when they book using their premium RCBC Credit Cards during the promo period:

• 10% OFF on Pool Villas based on Best Available Rates
• 20% OFF on Holistic Medical, Healing Sanctuary Spa & Hydrotherapy Sanctuary Treatments

Offer is subject to room availability, blackout date/s, and other conditions:

• Prior reservation is required
• Rates are non-commissionable
• Not valid in conjunction with other promos, discounts or coupon.
• Refunds are not given for cancelled bookings. Only rebooking is allowed within 15 days prior to check-in date. In case of a medical emergency, rebooking is allowed with supporting medical documents. 
• Rooms on limited allotment during Holidays and long weekends, thus subject to availability.
• Room Discounts at The Farm is not valid on Holidays and long weekends while subject to availability.

4. To avail of the promo and make a booking, the cardholder must contact The Farm at San Benito’s reservation team through the following channels:

During the reservation process, cardholders must provide the unique "TFRCBC24” code to the reservation agent of The Farm at San Benito to avail of the exclusive benefits. Upon arrival, the cardholder should inform the hotel that he/she will be availing of the RCBC Credit Card promo.

5. Discount is applied by using the unique code via phone or online booking.
6. The standard room cancellation policy of The Farm at San Benito applies.
7. The general hotel terms and conditions of The Farm at San Benito applies.
8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
10. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of The Farm at San Benito and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
