1. The promo is EXTENDED UNTIL AUGUST 20, 2025, and the offer is valid from Mondays to Thursdays.
2. The Promo is open to premium RCBC Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
   
   Premium RCBC Credit Cards are as follows:

• World Mastercard (including Hexagon Club Priority, Balesin, and The City Club)
• Visa Infinite
• Visa Platinum
• Mastercard Platinum (including Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, and YGC Rewards Plus Black)

3. Eligible cardholders are entitled to the following offers when they use their RCBC Premium Credit Cards during the promo period:

4. Maximum discount is ₱5,000 per single-receipt transaction for Stoned Steaks and ₱4,000 per single-receipt transaction for Ponce Tapas & Wine. Service charge and applicable taxes are excluded from the discount computation.

7. Blackout dates apply (Not valid during all legal, special & public holidays)
8. The offer is applicable on all ala-carte items only. Not applicable on alcoholic beverages, promos, set menus, and exclusive functions or events.
9. The offer is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, special offerings, or discount privileges.
10. Splitting of tables or splitting of a single transaction per Cardholder for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited
11. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discounts have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
12. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Stoned Steaks/Ponce Tapas & Wine and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards
13. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
