Shop for School and Win with RCBC Mastercard

I. PROMO PERIOD

The promo shall run from June 26 to August 26, 2026.

II. COVERAGE/PARTICIPATING STORES

  1. The promo is open to qualified purchases made at participating SM Markets and participating SM Retail Brands via the SM Malls Online app using any RCBC Mastercard Credit Card within the promo period.
  2. Participating brands/stores include: ACE, Levi’s, Miniso, Surplus, Toy Kingdom, Adidas, SM Markets, Baby Company, Our Home, Pet Express, Sports Central, Under Armour, SM Store, SM Store Online.

III. WHO CAN JOIN/ELIGIBILITY

  1. The promo is open to all customers who are residents of the Philippines, at least eighteen (18) years old, and who make a qualified purchase during the promo period using any RCBC Mastercard Credit Card via the SM Malls Online app.
  2. Employees of SM Malls Online, SM Markets, participating SM Retail Brands, Mastercard, their advertising agencies, promo partners, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

IV. HOW TO JOIN

  1. To qualify, a customer must first register via the app where the following is provided:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email Address
    4. Contact Number
    5. Address
    6. Birth Month
    7. Age Range
    8. SMAC Number (Optional)
    9. Consent
  2. Swipe to redeem the promo coupon on the SM Malls Online app to register for the promo.
  3. After redeeming the promo coupon, the customer must make a single-receipt purchase within the promo period using any RCBC Mastercard Credit Card via the SM Malls Online app, with a minimum spend of:
    1. ₱2,000 minimum spend on SM Markets or
    2. ₱800 minimum spend on other participating SM Retail Brands.
  4. Every qualified single-receipt purchase shall entitle the customer to one (1) raffle entry.
  5. After a successful redemption, an email will be sent to the participant about the raffle entry.
  6. Multiple qualified transactions are allowed, provided that each transaction separately meets the applicable minimum spend requirement and is made within the promo period.
  7. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, invalid, or incomplete transactions shall not qualify for the promo.
  8. Transactions that do not meet the applicable minimum spend requirement, transactions not made through the SM Malls Online app, or transactions not paid using a Mastercard card shall not qualify for the promo.
  9. The sponsor reserves the right to validate the eligibility of each transaction and raffle entry.

V. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION/EARNING OF ENTRIES

  1. All qualified transactions must be made within the promo period, from June 26 to August 26, 2026.
  2. Deadline for earning raffle entries shall be on August 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM, or the closing time of the SM Malls Online platform, whichever is applicable.


VI. RAFFLE DRAW/WINNER DETERMINATION

  1. Winners shall be determined through an electronic raffle draw using a computerized randomizer or raffle system.
  2. The raffle draw shall be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative and representatives of the sponsor.
  3. Weekly draw schedule for the ₱5,000 SM Gift Pass (one winner per week) prize:
    1. July 6, 2026 at 2:00PM (June 26 - July 5 Entries)
    2. July 13, 2026 at 2:00PM (July 6 - July 12 Entries)
    3. July 20, 2026 at 2:00PM (July 13 - July 19 Entries)
    4. July 27, 2026 at 2:00PM (July 20 - July 26 Entries)
    5. August 3, 2026 at 2:00PM (July 27 - August 2 Entries)
  4. Grand draw schedule: September 1, 2026 at 2:00PM. (One winner only) (June 26 - August 26 Entries)
  5. Draw venue/platform: SM Malls Online Headquarters, 7F MOA Square, SM MOA Complex, Pasay 1300
  6. The uploaded raffle system data shall serve as the official source of qualified entries. All entries shall be captured, validated, and managed through digital tools, with winner selection conducted electronically using a random number generator or raffle system.

VII. PRIZES

The following prizes shall be awarded:

  1. ₱5,000 SM Gift Pass weekly prize (one winner per week)
  2. Brand-new laptop grand prize - Lenovo Idea Pad Slim valued at ₱46,995. One winner only
  3. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
  4. Prizes are transferable only upon prior written approval of the sponsor, subject to validation requirements, if applicable.
  5. Prize values, specifications, and supplier details shall be subject to the final approved prize computation and DTI submission documents.

VIII. TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES

  1. The sponsor shall shoulder the applicable prize tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, if applicable.
  2. All other costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize shall be for the account of the winner.

IX. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  1. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, SMS, phone call, or other official contact details provided through the transaction or registration process.
  2. Winners may also be announced through the official social media pages of SM Mall Online

X. PRIZE CLAIMING

  1. Winners must present the following to claim the prize:
    1. Valid government-issued ID;
    2. Proof of qualified purchase / transaction record;
    3. Winning notification;
    4. Mastercard card used for the qualified transaction, subject to verification; and
    5. Other documents reasonably required by the sponsor for validation.
  2. Prize claiming period shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification.
  3. Claiming venue/procedure for Metro Manila Residents: SM Malls Online HQ, MOA Square, MOA Complex, Pasay 1300
  4. For provincial winners, claiming will be coordinated by the marketing team to ship the prizes to the nearest preferred SM Mall of the winner.

XI. FORFEITURE CLAUSE

Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor, with prior approval from DTI.

XII. DISQUALIFICATION CAUSE

  1. The sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and the validity of each transaction.
  2. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, tampered with, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalid shall be disqualified.
  3. Participants who violate the promo mechanics, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity shall be disqualified.

XIII. DATA PRIVACY

By joining the promo, the participant agrees that the personal information submitted or generated in connection with the qualified transaction may be collected, used, processed, and stored by the sponsor and its authorized representatives for
purposes of promo administration, raffle draw, winner verification, notification, announcement, prize claiming, and compliance with applicable laws and DTI requirements.
