THE PRIZE

There will be 1 winner of a TRIP TO EL NIDO RESORTS FOR TWO (“The Prize”) which includes:

• Roundtrip airfare for 2 via AirSWIFT
• Complimentary scheduled transfers from and to Lio airport for guests arriving via AirSWIFT flights
• 4D/3N air-conditioned accommodation at the Canopy Villa, El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island
• Full board meals at the Amianan Restaurant
• Scheduled complimentary tours and activities
• Use of kayak, stand-up paddle board, and snorkeling equipment
• Travel insurance for 18 to 65 years old

Flight and Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

1. The dates of the flights and accommodation shall be determined by RCBC Credit Cards. The winner may book the flight ticket and accommodation until August 31, 2025. His or her travel should be completed on or before November 30, 2025.
2. All flights and accommodations are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once booked.
3. Only the cost of flights, accommodations, and meals provided by the resort, are covered.
4. The Prize is not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The WIN A TRIP TO EL NIDO RESORT FOR TWO (“The Promo”) is open to all RCBC Premium Credit Cards Principal and Supplementary cardholders (“Cardholder”) who are active and in good credit standing.
   
   Eligible RCBC Premium Credit Cards are as follows:

• RCBC World Mastercard (including Hexagon Club Priority, Balesin, The City Club)
• RCBC Platinum Mastercard (Black, Diamond, Hexagon Club Privilege, YGC Rewards Plus Platinum)
• RCBC Visa Infinite
• RCBC Visa Platinum
• RCBC JCB Platinum
• RCBC Unionpay Diamond

2. The Cardholder will automatically earn raffle entry/ies for every qualified ₱5,000 single-receipt transaction/s, from October 1 to December 31, 2024 (“Promo Period”)

Sample Illustration:

₱5,000 Grocery Spend in the Philippines =  1 Raffle Entry
₱5,000 Grocery Spend Overseas = 3 Raffle Entries
₱10,000 Dining Spend in the Philippines = 2 Raffle Entries
₱10,000 Dining Spend Overseas = 6 Raffle Entries

Moreover, if the cardholder will activate his or her credit card, he or she will earn 5 raffle entries.

3. Deadline for earning raffle entries is at 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024. Determination of winner will be on January 7, at 3:00PM via Google Meet.
4. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:

• Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, YourCash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment, UnliPay transactions
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institution, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes
• Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions. RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995

6. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.

TRACKING OF SPEND

The qualified cardholders will be receiving an SMS information on the number of raffle entry/ies earned.

SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be drawn electronically at the RCBC Credit Card Office by RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (“RCBC Credit Cards”) in the presence of a DTI representative.

NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. The winner will be notified via registered mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date.
2. Winner will be announced and posted on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mail.
3. Winner must provide a valid government-issued ID to be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email: yvyambao@rcbcbankard.com. The winner must also sign and submit the Quit Claim upon claiming of the prize.
4. In the event the winner remains unresponsive via registered mail within 60 days, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select another winner with prior approval of DTI.
5. In relation to the promo, RCBC Credit Cards might request a photo of the winner showcasing/ enjoying the usage of his/her RCBC Credit Card. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on RCBC Credit Cards’ official website, social media pages, LED billboard and/or electronic direct mailer.

GENERAL TERMS

1. All employees of RCBC, RCBC Credit Cards, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
2. RCBC Credit Cards holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
3. RCBC Credit Cards, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
4. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
