Redeem Rewards Points for Rustan’s gift cards

PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all existing RCBC Credit Card Core Cardholders who have valid RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Vouchers.
2. Eligible RCBC Credit Cardholders may use their Rewards Credit Card vouchers in any branch of Rustan’s.
• Valid RCBC Rewards Vouchers are those that are:
• Not expired
• Not soiled or tampered
• Only come in the following denominations: ₱500, ₱1,000, ₱2,000 and ₱5,000
• Confirmed valid upon examination by the customer service personnel
3. An eligible cardholder, principal or supplementary, as long as they are listed on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher, may use it as payment in exchange for REGULAR gift cards at any Rustan’s nationwide.
4. To purchase regular gift cards using the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher, the cardholder has to do the following:
1. Present your RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher at the customer service counter.
2. Present your RCBC Credit Card which should not be expired for more than 2 months.
3. Surrender the RCBC Credit Card’s and Merchant’s copy of the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher/s.
5. Rustan’s Gift Cards may be used at Rustan’s Department Store and participating SSI brands. See the complete list.
6. The Cardholder may use a multiple number of RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Voucher/s to purchase regular gift cards from the store for as long as the RCBC Credit Cards Rewards Voucher/s is/are valid.
   In cases where the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher is used as partial payment of a merchandise, the cardholder will be required to pay the remaining balance of the item either via straight or installment, using his/her RCBC Credit Card.
7. No person other than the principal and supplementary cardholder/s (as listed on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Voucher/s) may use the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers at the partner merchants’ stores.
8. Cardholders may use his/her RCBC Credit Card Rewards vouchers at any branch of Rustan’s within store hours.
9. Any unused portion of the total amount indicated on the RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers will be considered forfeited.
10. The RCBC Credit Card Rewards Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points, and not for sale.
11. In case of dispute with respect to the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of the promo dates, fulfillment, etc., RCBC Credit Card’s decision shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards in concurrence with the approval from DTI.
