RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS

ELIGIBILITY

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Gold and Premium credit cardholders in good standing.
2. Promo runs from November 22, 2024, to January 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”). All transactions must be made during the promo period to qualify for the promo. The deadline for earning raffle entries is 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025.
3. The Winner will be determined on February 11, 2025, at 3 PM, in the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Raffle Entry:

• A ₱10,000 single or accumulated travel-related spend equals one (1) raffle entry.
• Additional entries can be earned for every additional single or accumulated ₱5,000 spent using the same RCBC credit card within the qualifying period.

5. Qualified transactions for this promo are as follows:

• All travel-related transactions such as travel tickets, travel packages, airlines, cruises, and hotels: Online, POs-based, Cross-border, Domestic, Straight, or 0% Installment Transactions

6. The following transactions are excluded from the promo:

• RCBC Credit Cards Installment Program availments such as but are not limited to Balance Conversion/ Purchase Conversion, Cash Advance, CHARGE, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan, YourCash! / Monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
• UNLIPAY transactions
• Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Financial Institutions, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
• Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, & Mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
• Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
  

RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

• Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes.
• Subsequently, cancelled or refunded transactions

7. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder are qualified as part of the Primary cardholder’s spend.

TRACKING OF SPEND

1. The qualified cardholders will receive an SMS informing them of their raffle entries.

SELECTION OF WINNER & PRIZE

1. RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (“RCBC Credit Cards”) will select the Winners (“The Winner”) from the qualified raffle entries. The drawing will take place on February 11, 2025 and will be conducted by representatives of RCBC/RBSC and the Korea Tourism Organization Manila. Winners will be chosen electronically from eligible cardholders. The draw will be held at the RCBC Credit Cards Office on the 30th floor of Robinsons Equitable Tower, at the corner of ADB Avenue and Poveda Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
2. RCBC will confirm that the cardholder accounts are in good standing once the winners are drawn.
3. The Winners will win the following prizes: (“The Prize”):

1. The Winner and their companion must possess a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining from the time of booking the Korea Tour Package for Two.
2. The Prize is transferable to another person; however, it becomes non-transferable once the flights have been booked. Additionally, the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items or services.
3. RCBC reserves the right to replace any of the prize components with equivalent alternatives in the event of unavailability.
4. RCBC shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00.

Korea Tour Package terms and conditions:

• The Winner can personalize their tour within the budget and for Korea travel only.
• 2pax MUST travel together otherwise 1pax can claim USD1,000.00 only
• Excess travel voucher amount will be charged to the pax account; any unused amount under the budget will be forfeited.
• The Winner may include airfare, visa processing fees, taxes, and tips, provided they remain within the budget.
• One-time use only
• The Voucher cannot be converted into cash
• Lost voucher is irreplaceable
• The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any discount card or promotion
• Travel Period: valid until December 31, 2025
• Redemption: Upon receipt of the voucher, the Winner should coordinate with the indicated Travel Agency contact information in the voucher 3 months before the departure.

NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners will be notified by RCBC through registered mail or snail mail, email, SMS, and phone call within two weeks from the draw date. Each winner will have a maximum of 60 days to acknowledge the notification from RCBC. If the winner fails to acknowledge the message within this time frame, they will forfeit the prize, and RCBC reserves the right to select another winner with the approval of DTI-FTEB.
2. The winners will be announced on RCBC Credit’s official website, social media pages, and the LED billboard or through electronic direct mail.
3. If the Winner does not respond to SMS or video call notifications within 60 days of receiving them, or if they do not meet any specified requirements, RCBC Credit Cards reserves the right to select a different winner or top spender, with approval from the DTI.
4. To claim the prize, winners must present their original valid government-issued ID and RCBC credit card. Additionally, winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), which should be sent to RCBC Credit Cards via email at email@service.rcbcbankard.com.
5. Redemption: Upon receipt of the voucher, the Winner should coordinate with the indicated Travel Agency contact information in the voucher 3 months before the departure.
6. The winner's companion must be an immediate family member. If the winner transfers the tour package prize, the recipient must also be an immediate family member (spouse, children, or parents).

7. In relation to the promotion, RCBC Credit Cards may request a photo of the winner showcasing their RCBC Credit Card. The names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers, as well as posted on the official RCBC Credit Cards website, social media pages, LED billboards, and/or electronic direct mailers. By claiming their prizes, winners grant RCBC and RBSC exclusive permission to use and disclose their personal information, photographs, and videos related to this promotion for marketing purposes. Additionally, winners waive any royalties, rights, or remuneration claims for such use on TV, radio, websites, or social media platforms.

GENERAL TERMS

1. All RCBC/RBSC employees and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
2. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp holds the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and whether his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
3. RCBC Credit Cards/ RCBC Bankard Services Corp, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations regarding this promo, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
4. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Cards.
