Important Policies
- Non-Transferable: To maintain the exclusivity of the program, passes are for the sole use of the RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Principal Cardholder.
- No Cash Conversion: These passes are designed specifically to enhance your travel experience and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Account Status: Please note that these benefits are tied to your active RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature account and would be forfeited upon card cancellation.

Complimentary Priority Pass Access for RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Principal Cardholders
1. Eligibility
The Complimentary Priority Pass Program is exclusive to Principal Cardholders (“Cardholder”) of the RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature ("Qualified Card") who meet the quarterly spend requirement.
2. The Spend Requirement
Cardholders earn one (1) complimentary lounge access per calendar quarter by reaching a minimum
cumulative retail spend of ₱250,000.
● Spend is calculated based on valid retail transactions within the same calendar quarter.
● Eligibility is subject to RCBC’s standard spend qualification rules.
3. Membership & Enrollment
To utilize this benefit, the Cardholder must have an active Priority Pass Membership with an
accompanying physical Priority Pass Membership Card.
4. 2026 Launch Schedule
For the first year of implementation (2026), lounge visits earned during the first two quarters will be consolidated and awarded according to the following timeline:

5. Standard Awarding Cycle
Moving forward, complimentary lounge visits will be awarded to the Cardholder's Priority Pass Membership Account on the following dates. No manual redemption or voucher codes are required.

6. Usage & Validity
● Cardholders who meet the minimum spend requirement will receive notifications according to the scheduled awarding timeline. Complimentary lounge access may then be enjoyed at any Priority Pass lounge by presenting their Priority Pass Membership Card and RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Credit Card.
● One-Time Use: Each complimentary lounge access is valid for a single entry.
● Non-Transferability: The complimentary lounge access is non-transferable. Only the Principal Cardholder can use the lounge access.
● Non-Convertible: Complimentary lounge access cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other rewards.
● Expiration: Complimentary lounge access are valid until December 31 of the year they are credited (or December 31 of the following year for Q4 spend).

7. Fees & Third-Party Terms
If no complimentary lounge access has been earned, standard Priority Pass lounge fees will apply and be charged accordingly to the Cardholder.
Whenever a complimentary lounge access is earned and utilized, both a transaction entry and a corresponding reversal of equal value may appear on the Cardholder's Statement of Account (SOA) as part of the standard billing reversal process, with no net charge to the Cardholder.
Lounge services are governed by the Priority Pass Conditions of Use. Locations, facilities, and hours are subject to change by Priority Pass without prior notice.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
By availing of the Program, the Cardholder agrees to the Program terms, and allows RCBC to process his/her personal data and other information that may be required for the availment, grant and administration of the Program. Such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of RCBC.
The Program is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
Upon Card Cancellation, the Priority Pass membership as well as the complimentary lounge access, if any, will be forfeited.
RCBC reserves the right to determine spend eligibility, fulfillment schedules, and the final interpretation of these terms.
These terms are supplemented by the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of RCBC Credit Cards.
