PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo period is from September 1 to December 31, 2026.
2. The Promo is open to RCBC Visa Credit Card Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
   Eligible RCBC Visa Credit Cards are as follows:

3. The Top 10 Spenders during the promo period will receive VIP concert tickets to The Maroon 5 Asia 2027 Tour in Manila on February 7, 2027 at SM MOA Arena. Determination of Top 10 Spenders is on January 13, 2027 by a DTI representative and RCBC Credit Card representative.
4. A Cardholder may only be selected once under this Promo.
5. Local, overseas, online, POS-based, straight, or installment transactions are qualified for the offer.
6. Transactions made by the Supplementary Cardholder will be qualified as part of the Principal Cardholder’s spend.
7. The following transactions will not qualify for the promo:
1. Transactions made outside the promo period, or made prior to the registration date
2. Subsequently cancelled or refunded transactions
3. Balance Conversion, Purchase Conversion (Unli 0% and Unli Installment), Cash Advance, Balance Transfer, Cash Loan/InstaCash, Your Cash!/InstaLoan, UnliPay, & monthly amortizations from installment transactions or installment plan availment
4. All types of Auto-charge, Recurring bill transactions, Bills payment (e.g., Meralco, Telco – Globe, Smart, Dito), RCBC Credit Card’s Fast BillsPay
5. Transactions from Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, Member Financial Institutions, Political Organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing/Networking, MOTO (e.g., Fern, Amway, UNO, Herbalife, UHS/USANA, Suy Sing, Dyna Drug, Young Living, and the like.)
6. Remittance, Payment Services, Online Aggregators, POI Funding Transactions, and mobile payment/mobile wallet (e.g., GCash, Lazada Top-Up, PayMaya, Grab/GrabPay, PayPal, PayMongo, Coins.ph, and the like)
7. Transactions with the following bearing the following merchant category codes “MCC”: 4829, 6050, 6051, 6211, 6532, 6533, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6540, 6760, 8651, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9411,7995
8. Payments made to social media platforms, cloud service, and software providers; transactions for business purposes

RCBC Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by acquiring banks of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but RCBC Bankard Services Corp. has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.

8. To qualify, the cardholder will need to register online. Click here to register. Registration is required only once during the Promo Period. The top spenders will be selected based on the valid transactions during the promo period.
9. All other costs not stated under inclusions will be shouldered by the winners.
10. For qualified cardholders based outside Metro Manila, airfare from their province to and from MOA Arena will be shouldered by the winner/s.
11. The Top 10 Spenders will be notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and/or phone call within 7 working days after the raffle draw.
12. Qualified cardholders will also be announced through RCBC Credit Cards’ website and official social media pages.
13. The winners must claim their prize at the RCBC Bankard Head Office with address at 31F, Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue corner Poveda Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila within sixty (60) days upon notification until February 3, 2027, to be coordinated before claiming.
14. The concert tickets are transferable to immediate family but not convertible to cash.
15. RCBC may replace the concert tickets components with items of equal or greater value.
16. Employees of RCBC, RBSC, Visa, and agencies, including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified.
17. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions.
18. By availing the Promo, the client agrees to the Promo terms, provides and allow RCBC to process his/her personal data and other information that may be required for the availment, grant and administration of the Promo, including the use of Top Spenders’ names, photos, and videos for marketing without additional compensation. Such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of RCBC.
19. In case of dispute/s regarding the Promo including, but not limited to, the client’s eligibility, coverage period, and fulfilment, the same shall be resolved by RCBC, subject to the terms and conditions of this Promo. RCBC decision shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
20. The concert tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, negotiated, or resold by the winner.
21. Limit of Liability: RCBC and Visa, are generally not responsible for any issues arising from:
• Any delays in the concert schedule provided
• A winner’s failure that prevents them from using the prize.
22. The Top 10 Spenders agree to release and hold RCBC and Visa harmless from any and all claims, demands, or legal actions (Claims) for personal injury, property damage, or other consequences that result from or are connected with their participation in this promotion. The winner promises not to sue RCBC or any Visa Party for damages related to their participation, even if caused by negligence.
23. All decisions of RCBC, with DTI concurrence, are final.
