TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.
  2. The Promo is open to all RCBC Visa credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active and in good standing.
  3. The Promo is valid only for tickets to The Maroon 5 Asia 2027 Tour in Manila happening on February 7, 2027 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
  4. The presale for RCBC Visa Cardholders is from August 13, 2026 (10AM) to August 14, 2026 (10:00AM).
    1. August 13 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM): Open to RCBC Visa Infinite cardholders only
    2. August 13 (9:00 PM) to August 14 (10:00 AM): Open to all RCBC Visa credit cardholders
  5. To avail of the Visa-Exclusive Presale:
    1. Go to SM Tickets: https://smtickets.com/
    2. Make sure you are logged in to your SM Tickets account.
    3. Select the banner for The Maroon 5 Asia 2027 Tour
    4. Select “Buy Tickets” on your desired concert date.
    5. You will be asked for your presale code. Your presale code is the first 6 digits found on your RCBC Visa Credit Card.
      1. RCBC Visa Infinite: enter the first 6 digits of your RCBC Visa Infinite credit card
      2. All Other RCBC Visa Credit Cards: enter the first 6 digits of your RCBC Visa credit card
    6. Select your desired section and click “Select Seats”.
    7. Choose your seats, and click “Confirm Seat/s”.
    8. Review your order summary.
    9. Choose your payment method: Visa
    10. Agree to full Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Policy.
    11. Click “Proceed to Payment”.
    12. Enter your payment information then click “Submit”.
    13. Once successful, the ticket voucher will appear under My Account > My Tickets
  6. Cardholders can purchase a maximum of six (6) tickets only per transaction.
  7. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified RCBC Visa Credit Card.
  8. The Promo offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.

What cards are eligible for the pre-sale?

○ For the RCBC Visa Infinite pre-sale, only RCBC Visa Infinite credit cards

○ For the all RCBC Visa credit cards pre-sale, all RCBC Visa Credit cards.

Why is my transaction not going through?

Please make sure:

  1. Your card is active
  2. Your card has enough balance, or you have sufficient credit limit at the time of purchase to proceed with the transaction.
  3. An updated mobile number to receive the OTP (One-Time PIN)
Is the pre-sale only available online?

Yes, the presale is only available on https://www.smtickets.com/

When is the RCBC Visa-exclusive pre-sale?

○ The RCBC Visa‑exclusive pre-sale will run on August 13, 2026 (Thursday), from 10:00AM to 6:00PM for RCBC Visa Infinite cardholders only.

○ The pre-sale will reopen on August 13, 2026 (Thursday) at 9:00PM and will continue until 11:59PM, and is open to all RCBC Visa cardholders.

How do I purchase tickets during the pre-sale?

○ Go to SM Tickets Online: https://www.smtickets.com/

○ Select the banner for The Maroon 5 Asia 2027 Tour

○ Make sure you are logged in to your SM Tickets account.

○ Select “Buy Tickets” on your desired concert date.

○ You will be asked for your presale code (Visa Infinite / Visa code). Enter your 6 digit Visa presale code and click proceed.

How many tickets can I purchase? What if I have multiple Visa cards?

Each cardholder may purchase up to six (6) tickets per transaction. If you have multiple cards, each card will be eligible for six (6) tickets per transaction.
