PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to RCBC Credit Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo runs from November 5 to 30, 2024 at Mirèio, Fairmont Makati.
3. Qualified cardholders are entitled to 30% OFF* on food orders, during Lunch and Dinner, daily, and Sunday Brunch using their RCBC Credit Card during the promo period.
   *Discount is not applicable on beverages.
4. Offer is valid for dine-in transactions for a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of ten (10) diners per cardholder.
5. Only one qualified RCBC Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction.
6. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promotional offers of RCBC Credit Cards and Spectrum.
7. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of Spectrum and RCBC Credit Cards shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Credit Cards.
8. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of the DTI, if needed.
