PROMO MECHANICS

1. The promo is open to all RCBC Mastercard Credit Card holders and KrisFlyer members.
   KrisFlyer members are eligible for the promotional offers if payment is made using an RCBC Mastercard® Credit Cards.
2. Promo period is from September 20 to November 20, 2024.
3. Each Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar - Teatime Experience Around the World set is good for two (2) persons, inclusive of free-flowing coffee or tea.
4. There are three ways to purchase or redeem the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar – Teatime Experience Around the World:

a. Enjoy 50% OFF and pay only ₱1,600.00 with an RCBC Mastercard Credit Card by presenting a Singapore Airlines ticket.

• Simply visit the Writers Bar, Raffles Makati, and present a Singapore Airlines ticket with a minimum purchase of ₱10,000 (or approximately USD 175) in a single transaction, paid using an RCBC Mastercard Credit Card within the promo period.
• Singapore Airlines air tickets booked are applicable for any travel period, provided that the air tickets are purchased using an RCBC Mastercard Credit Card within the promo period.
• For bookings made through travel agencies, customer must also present a service invoice indicating the first six digits of their RCBC Mastercard Credit Card used for payment, along with the physical card.
• For avoidance of doubt, each eligible RCBC Mastercard Credit Card holder shall be entitled to redeem one (1) set of the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar - Teatime Experience Around the World at 50% discounted rate upon presenting one (1) e-ticket with a minimum purchase of ₱10,000 (or approximately USD 175) in a single transaction, paid with a RCBC Mastercard Credit Card.
• RCBC Mastercard Credit Card must be used for the rest of the payment amounting to ₱1,600++per tea set, plus 10% service fees and applicable 3% local government taxes, or equivalent to ₱1,808 nett.

b. Redeem using 7,500 KrisFlyer miles at KrisFlyerExperiences.com

• Visit the dedicated promo listing on the KrisFlyer Experiences website, log in with your KrisFlyer Membership Number, and click on the redeem button.
• Multiple redemption is allowed. 7,500 KrisFlyer miles will be deducted for each redemption.
• A confirmation email will be triggered to the member’s KrisFlyer-registered email address immediately upon successful redemption.
• Redemption confirmation does not infer a restaurant reservation. Members must contact the Writers Bar, Raffles Makati at Dining.Makati@raffles.com or at (632) 8555 9840 and provide the serial number found in the confirmation email along with the last 4 digits of their KrisFlyer membership number to confirm their reservation.
• On the day of the reservation, member must present a copy of the confirmation email along with last 4 digits of their KrisFlyer membership number to verify the redemption.
• The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles. Mastercard must be used to pay for any additional orders.
• Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
• Each redemption is inclusive of the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar - Teatime Experience Around the World that comes with free-flowing coffee or tea good for two (2) persons, service fees and applicable local tax.
• Member can also avail of curated cocktails or mocktails at an add-on rate from PHP550++ for Sunny Sling and PHP400++ for Tea ”n” Lychee using Mastercard. Payment for any additional order shall be settled separately, subject to service fee and other applicable taxes.
• Redemption and use of KrisFlyer miles through KrisFlyer programme are governed by the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer Programme. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
• By redeeming this Experience, member acknowledges and consents to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of this experience in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Privacy Policy.

c. KrisFlyer members direct purchase with RCBC Mastercard Credit Card

• Simply visit the Writers Bar, Raffles Makati and present your KrisFlyer membership digital card through the SingaporeAir mobile app, proceed with the order and pay with RCBC Mastercard Credit Card.
• If not a KrisFlyer member yet, customer can simply sign up for free at KrisFlyer.com using sign-up promo code “KFTEATIME” from September 20 to November 20, 2024 and pay with RCBC Mastercard Credit Card.

5. To enjoy the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar - Teatime Experience Around the World, customers must make prior reservations at the Writers Bar, Raffles Makati. For reservations, customers must contact (632) 8555 9840 or email at Dining.Makati@raffles.com. Afternoon Tea at the Writers Bar is available from 2.00pm to 5.30pm, daily.
6. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such service fees and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
7. Promo offer cannot be combined with any other discount and promotions and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. All employees of Singapore Airlines, Mastercard and its events and PR agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified to join this promo.
10. Singapore Airlines, Raffles Makati and Mastercard hold the right to certify whether or not a customer is eligible and if he/she satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
11. In case of disputes regarding the promo mechanics, Singapore Airlines and Mastercard’s decision shall prevail with concurrence with DTI.

3. Every purchase of the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar – Teatime Experience Around the World afternoon tea set in a single receipt or transaction or KrisFlyer Experiences redemption entitles a customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
4. Prizes:

1. 10 winners of One-Night Deluxe Stay at the Fairmont Makati
2. One winner of a trip to Singapore for two (2) inclusive of two (2) round-trip Business Class air tickets from Manila/Cebu to Singapore via Singapore Airlines and a two-night stay at Raffles Singapore.

5. The winners of the Singapore Airlines Café at the Writers Bar – Raffle Promotion will be drawn via electronic raffle on November 22, 2024 at the Writers Bar, Raffles Makati, in the presence of Raffles Makati and a DTI representative.
6. Eligible customers can only win once during the promotion period.
7. Raffle draw winners will be notified by Raffles Makati with a prize certificate via registered mail and electronic mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date and can claim the prize within sixty (60) days from date of notification.

The winners authorise Raffles Makati to disclose and publish their names, photos, and other particulars determined by Raffles Makati to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as Raffles Makati may deem appropriate. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which Raffles Makati may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo and if so, such winners must attend the said functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winners.
10. Raffles Makati is required to submit to DTI a copy of the winning raffle entries which contains the winners’ personal information such as, but not limited to, their names, addresses, and contact numbers, as well as corresponding prize awarded. As such, the winners hereby authorise Raffles Makati to disclose said personal information to DTI.
11. Prizes are transferable but not for sale and non-convertible to cash.
12. Prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shall be subject to a 20% withholding tax to be shouldered by Raffles Makati.
13. Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to Raffles Makati via email within thirty (30) days from receipt of the electronic mail or SMS notification from Raffles Makati. The winners must also sign and submit a Quitclaim upon claiming of prize. Once submitted, a prize certificate will be issued to the winners.
14. In the event that any winner/s remain uncontacted via SMS or video call after forty-eight (48) hours from the date of announcement of winner/s, or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated in item 15 (TIN, valid government issued ID, signed Quitclaim), Raffles Makati and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to select another winner/s.
15. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on Raffles Makati and/or Singapore Airlines’ official website, social media pages, and/or electronic direct mailer.
16. Promotion cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, and partner’s VIP/Membership privileges.
17. Prizes are valid for six (6) months after prizes are officially claimed by the winners, subject to terms and conditions of Fairmont Makati, Raffles Singapore and Singapore Airlines. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of prize certificate will be forfeited in favour of Raffles Makati and Singapore Airlines. The validity of travel abroad is 6 months upon receipt of the prize.
